Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen... We were very happy with the boat rental. The lady at the cash desk was very friendly and the prices are ok too! I can't understand the bad reviews ...
a	andrjuschka57 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf der Site des Unternehmens steht leider nirgendwo, dass es ein Problem ist mit Hund ein Boot zu mieten. Wir checkten das vorab um nicht umsonst eine Stunde an den See zu fahren. Dort angekommen teilte man uns mit dass aus hygienischen Gründen Hunde nicht erlaubt sind an Bord (bei unserem Hund handelt es sich um einen 7kg Hund keiner Langhaarrasse) Angeblich wäre es nicht möglich die Boote von evtl. Haaren, die der Hund verlieren könnte zu befreien....zum Glück scheint genau das dem Bootsverleih Hofbauer an der alten Donau aber sehr wohl zu gelingen. Schade um einen schönen Tag. Unfortunately, there is nowhere on the company's website that it is a problem to rent a boat with a dog. We checked this in advance so as not to drive to the lake for an hour for nothing. Once there, we were informed that dogs are not allowed on board for hygienic reasons (our dog is a 7kg dog with no long-haired breed). ... luckily that is exactly what the Hofbauer boat rental company on the old Danube seems to do very well. Too bad about a nice day.

Sind jedesmal nett und zuvorkommend behandelt worden. We were there last Wednesday, and we had a wonderful chat, a total of 3 times that we rented a boat and never had any problems. Have always been treated nice and courteous.

Bewirtung an Bord zu fairen Preisen und gemütliche Rundfahrt mit einigen Inputs des Kapitäns zum See. Die Rundfahrt dauert circa eine Stunde. Einfach Klasse! Beautiful restored boat with extremely friendly staff from buying tickets to going on board. Catering on board at fair prices and a leisurely tour with some input from the captain to the lake. The tour takes about an hour. Simply great!
M	M W PM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist eine schöne Ausflug, aber es ist lächerlich dass man in die Sommer Hochsaison spätestens nur bis 17.30 Uhr los fahren kann. Zwischen 12.00 und 16.00 ist die Sonne ziemlich kräftig, und da wo angenehm und schön für die Touristen ist (siehe Foto, ende August, also in Juli wäre die Sonne noch höher und trotzdem wäre die Marina West schon zu), schließen sie. It's a nice trip, but it's ridiculous that in the summer high season you can only go until 5.30 p.m. at the latest. Between 12:00 and 16:00 the sun is pretty strong, and where it is pleasant and beautiful for the tourists (see photo, end of August, so in July the sun would be even higher and still the Marina West would be closed), they close.
