Nachdem ich mein Auto am gebührenpflichtig Parkplatz abgestellt habe, wollte ich zum Bootsverleih gehen. Die Dame an der Badekasse stoppte mich und erklärte mir dann das ich nur dann ein Boot leihen könne wenn ich den Eintritt ins Bad zahle. Der Bootsverleih befindet sich gerade mal 30m nach dem Eingang und ich hatte nicht mal Badesachen mit. Das sei egal, der Eintritt dient zur Pflege der Anlage, erklärte sie mir weiter. Ich versuchte ihr zu erklären das ich die Anlage gar nicht nutze und ja eh fürs E-Boot bezahlen würde. Und das um 16:00Uhr... Keine Einsicht kein Entgegenkommen. Nebenbei, mein Sohn sitz im Rollstuhl. So eine Abzocke und Sturheit habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Fürs Parken kassieren, dann nochmal Eintritt und nochmal fürs Boot. Bin echt schwer enttäuscht ? Today at around 4:00 p.m. I wanted to go for an e-boat ride with my son. After I parked my car in the paid parking lot, I wanted to go to the boat rental. The lady at the pool counter stopped me and then explained to me that I could only rent a boat if I paid the entrance fee. The boat rental is just 30m after the entrance and I didn't even have swimming gear with me. It doesn't matter, the entrance is used to maintain the facility, she explained to me. I tried to explain to her that I don't use the system and that I would pay for the e-boat anyway. And that at 4:00 p.m. ... No insight, no accommodation. Besides, my son is in a wheelchair. I have never experienced such a rip-off and stubbornness. Collect for parking, then another entry and again for the boat. I'm really disappointed ?
