Maria erklärt nicht nur die theoretischen Grundlagen sehr gut, sie zeigt auch die richtige Technik und hilft, die optimale Bewegung für das Nordic Walking zu automatisieren, so dass es wirklich Freude macht, diese Sportart auszuüben!
Noch dazu kann man als Selbstständiger den SVS-Gesundheitshunderter dafür einlösen.

I can highly recommend Maria Ferencz's Nordic Walking beginners' course.
Not only does Maria explain the theoretical basics very well, she also shows the right technique and helps to automate the optimal movement for Nordic Walking, so that it is really fun to practice this sport!
