★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kam mir leider sehr inkompetent vor. Ich habe das Problem per Mail angekündigt und bekam die Info, dass die Problemlösung ca. 1 Stunde in Anspruch nehmen wird. Vorort gab er nach ca. 1,5 Stunden auf. Wobei ich bereits nach 15 Minuten das Gefühl hatte, dass er sich nicht auskennt. Dieses Geld hätte ich besser verwenden können.
Unfortunately I felt very incompetent. I have announced the problem by mail and got the information that the problem solution will take about 1 hour to complete. Suburb he gave up after about 1.5 hours. But I already had the feeling after 15 minutes that he does not know anything. I could have used this money better.
