Traumhafte Lage, super schön renoviertes Haus, und sehr nette Vermieter, die immer da sind, wenn sie gebraucht werden, und auch gute Tips für Wanderungen in der Gegend haben. Dazu noch ein gut gekühlter Rose zum Empfang im Kühlschrank. Der Blick zur Zugspitze ist unschlagbar, in der Wohnung stimmt alles bis ins kleinste Detail. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da. We were in Mari's country house from October 16-23, 21st, and we are thrilled. Fantastic location, super beautifully renovated house, and very nice landlords who are always there when they are needed and also have good tips for hiking in the area. In addition, a well-chilled rose to receive in the refrigerator. The view of the Zugspitze is unbeatable, in the apartment everything is right down to the smallest detail. We were definitely not there for the last time.

Het appartement Biberle is zeer schoon en biedt ruim voldoende ruimte voor 2 personen. Er is een mooi keukenblok met allerhande voorzieningen, een knusse Tiroler eethoek, een gezellig zitje, een mooie en ruime badkamer en de bedden zijn prima. De tv's (jammer dat we BVN niet konden ontvangen) en de wifi werkten uitstekend. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de alpenweiden, de bossen, de bergen en als kers op de taart de Zugspitze is prachtig. Zonder meer voor herhaling vatbaar. The welcome by Marion was very friendly with a surprise bottle of rose in the fridge. The Biberle apartment is very clean and offers more than enough space for 2 people. There is a beautiful kitchenette with all kinds of amenities, a cozy Tyrolean dining area, a cozy sitting area, a beautiful and spacious bathroom and the beds are fine. The TVs (too bad we couldn't receive BVN) and the wifi worked great. The view from the balcony of the alpine meadows, the forests, the mountains and, as icing on the cake, the Zugspitze is wonderful. Definitely worth repeating.

Die Wohnung (Biberle) war tip top (so wie im Internet zu sehen) mit allem was man braucht. Super Lage, ruhig und direkt an kleinem Skigebiet. We've been skiing there for a week now. Everything perfect! Super apartment and very accommodating landlord. The apartment (Biberle) was great (as you can see on the internet) with everything you need. Great location, quiet and right next to a small ski area.

Denn was kann es Schöneres geben als ein solch traumhaft bezauberndes Appartement in einem wunderschönen Haus in einer atemberaubenden Umgebung? Sehr geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Charme und großartigem Flair. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und sonstige Unternehmungen. Dazu noch supernette Eigentümer! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ;-) We fell in love instantly! After all, what could be nicer than such a wonderfully enchanting apartment in a beautiful house in a breathtaking setting? Very tastefully and stylishly furnished, with a lot of charm and great flair. The perfect starting point for hikes and other activities. In addition, super nice owners! We will be back definitely ;-)

Groot nieuw verbouwd appartement met fijne zonnige balkons met mooi uitzicht op de bergen en de piste. Mooie volledig uitgeruste keuken, heerlijke bedden, veel kastruimte. Fijne bank en prettige eetstoelen aan de keukentafel. Mooie badkamer met heerlijke regendouche. Het ontbrak aan niks. Erg vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer, hartelijk ontvangst. Broodjes service is mogelijk. Startpunt voor prachtige wandelingen in de omgeving op allerlei niveaus. Wandelkaarten en andere informatie over de omgeving aanwezig. 2 minuten rijden naar een kleine supermarkt in Biberwier en 7 minuten naar een grote supermarkt in Ehrwald of Lermoos. Op loopafstand zijn enkele eetgelegenheden aanwezig. Wij waren er een week eind september-begin oktober en hebben veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Omdat het zo´n fijn appartement is gaan we in het winterseizoen terug om te skiën. Beautiful, attractive new apartment with a view of the mountains and the slopes. Large newly renovated apartment with nice sunny balconies with beautiful views of the mountains and the slopes. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen, wonderful beds, lots of closet space. Nice sofa and comfortable dining chairs at the kitchen table. Nice bathroom with lovely rain shower. It lacked nothing. Very friendly hostess and host, warm welcome. Bread service is possible. Starting point for beautiful walks in the area at all levels. Hiking maps and other information about the area available. 2 minutes drive to a small supermarket in Biberwier and 7 minutes to a large supermarket in Ehrwald or Lermoos. There are several dining options within walking distance. We were there for a week at the end of September-beginning of October and made many beautiful walks. Because it is such a nice apartment, we go back to ski in the winter season.

We kennen ze al veel langer door ons verblijf op camping Alpenland Marienberg in Biberwier.Ook nu was het weer perfect . Fijn appartement, vriendelijke ontvangst met flesje wijn. Hele fijne mensen . We have now been to Marion and Hansjorg for the second time. We have known them for much longer through our stay at camping Alpenland Marienberg in Biberwier. Also now the weather was perfect. Nice apartment, friendly reception with bottle of wine. Very nice people.
B	Bernd Rehles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Buchung und die Abwicklung war sehr einfach und freundlich. Bei der Ankunft hat man sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und hat eine sehr vorteilhafte Aufteilung und wirklich komplette Ausstattung. Zum Skilift konnte man problemlos zu Fuß hingehen. Wirklich eine Top-Adresse. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. The booking and the processing was very easy and friendly. Upon arrival you immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is very nice and has a very advantageous layout and is really fully equipped. You could easily walk to the ski lift. Really a top address.
T	The Real Beast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij komen al vele jaren in Biberwier/Ehrwald/Lermoos. Dit was voor ons de eerste keer in Mari's Landhuis. Het appartement is echt geweldig. Volledig gerenoveerd en lux voor Oostenrijkse begrippen. Marion is een lieve en hele vrolijke gastvrouw. De ontvangst was warm met een fles wijn in de koelkast als extra. De ligging vlakbij de Marienberg en het uitzicht op de piste is in de winter geweldig. Wij komen hier zeker terug voor de woning maar ook voor de vriendelijke gastvrijheid van Marion en Hansjörg. We have been coming to Biberwier/Ehrwald/Lermoos for many years. This was our first time in Mari's Landhuis. The apartment is really great. Completely renovated and luxurious by Austrian standards. Marion is a sweet and very cheerful hostess. The welcome was warm with a bottle of wine in the fridge as an extra. The location near the Marienberg and the view of the slopes is great in winter. We will definitely come back here for the house but also for the friendly hospitality of Marion and Hansjörg.
