T	The Guide on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitte Juni hat sich Herr Igor Matic mein Bad, sowie WC angesehen und ich hatte auch einen kompetenten Eindruck von ihm. Leider hat sich die Firma Marboss bis dato (27.07.2020) weder bei mir bezüglich eines Kostenvoranschlags gemeldet, noch kann sie sowohl telefonisch, als auch per Mail erreicht werden. Dieses Verhalten finde ich absolut unzuverlässig und empfehle diese Firma daher an NIEMANDEN weiter!!!!! Leider ist die Kommunikation in der Abwicklung mangelhaft (Terminvereinbarungen, Rückrufe, etc.). Die größte Enttäuschung war dann die Nachbetreuung: Es kam zu einem Problem bei der Brausearmatur, dass dringend behoben werden musste. Da ist dann gar kein Bemühen und Interesse mehr vorhanden gewesen es zu lösen, und ich musste einen anderen Installationsbetrieb damit beauftragen. The company is basically extremely competent when it comes to the whole subject of the bathroom. Unfortunately, the communication in the process is poor (appointments, callbacks, etc.). The biggest disappointment was the aftercare: There was a problem with the shower mixer that urgently needed to be fixed. Then there was no longer any effort or interest in solving it, and I had to commission another installation company to do it.

Vom ersten Besuch und der detailierten Besprechung des zuvor von Tenne Bad erstellten Planes bis zum Abschluss der Arbeiten in der zugesagten Zeit hat alles perfekt gepasst. Pünktliche und sehr nette Mitarbeiter, die vor allem auch mitdenken und zB bei der Anordnung der Fliesen oder der Steckdosen nachfragen und praktische Vorschläge machen sind ihr Geld wirklich wert, heutzutage leider aber nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Die Fliesenleger waren extrem kompetent, bemüht und sehr genau. Vielen Dank nochmal an Herrn Matic und alle Mitarbeiter, die bei uns tätig waren !
