Stiege) bei mir zu Hause und habe um eine Beurteilung der Situation von einem Anwendungstechniker gebeten - aber anstatt mit einem technischen Lösungsvorschlag zu kommen, was man tun kann/könnte, um die Situation zu verbessern, hat man mich lediglich an den ausführenden Geschäftspartner verwiesen...
Nunja, wenn ich mit dem zufrieden gewesen wäre, hätte ich das Problem ja gar nicht !
Eine kundenorientierte Firma hätte den Anwendungstechniker vorbeigeschickt, einen Lösungsvorschlag erarbeitet und mehrere alternative Firmen vorgeschlagen, die die Lösung ausführen können...
Das geht in jedem Fall - immer! Egal, wer an was Schuld hat und/oder einen Fehler gemacht hat ...

Well, if I had been happy with that, I wouldn't have the problem at all!
A customer-oriented company would have sent the application engineer over, worked out a proposal for a solution and suggested several alternative companies that could implement the solution ...
That works in any case - always! No matter who is to blame for what and / or who made a mistake ...
