Appointment canceled 15 minutes before the start. Callback for replacement appointment did not come. Apparently this company is doing too well, then someone else does it.

Es wurde mir per Mail mitgeteilt, dass aus zeitlichen Gründen kein Angebot gelegt wird und es wurden mir Einzelpreise übermittelt, mit welchen ich als Leihe aber nichts anfangen kann. Nachdem ich angerufen habe und nachgefragt habe ob man den Aufwand abschätzen kann, wurde mir nur gesagt dass es ja dann ein Angebot wäre und sie das nicht machen. Nach diesen Antworten und diesem Service, werde ich für den baldigen Tausch meiner 3 Dächer diese Firma nicht beauftragen bzw anfragen. Would have needed a quote for the repair for a storm damage. I was informed by e-mail that no offer would be made due to lack of time and I was sent individual prices, which I cannot do anything with as a loan. After I called and asked if you could estimate the effort, I was only told that it would be an offer and they wouldn't do it. After these answers and this service, I will not commission or request this company to exchange my 3 roofs soon.
T	Thomas Hickersberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einjgen Anrufen und 4 E-mails, habe ich 8 Wochen später einen Termin bei Herrn Brandstetter erhalten, dieser ist nicht zum vereinbarten Termin (natürlich ohne Absage) gekommen.... der Chef im Büro welchen ich angerufen habe, der nie vergisst mehrmals zu erwähnen, dass er gerade vom Urlaub kommt... meinte nur das Unternehmen ist so modern, dass man doch wieder was schreiben solle.... Diesen Ratschlag nehme ich natürlich hiermit war After a few calls and 4 e-mails, I got an appointment with Mr. Brandstetter 8 weeks later, who didn't come at the agreed time (of course without cancellation).... the boss in the office whom I called, who never forgets several times to mention that he has just come from vacation... only meant that the company is so modern that one should write something again.... Of course I hereby take this advice
