M	Michael Schindler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Qualität der Produkte ist wie immer Spitzenklasse aber der Service im Store ist Horror und entspricht eher einem Billiganbieter. Das Personal kennt sich zwar gut aus aber das rundherum entspricht nicht der Marke. Wenn man dies dann anspricht bekommt man zu hören das der Kundenstrom im Store etwas anderes sagt. Ist ja auch klar: Dies ist der einzige Store in Linz ;-) The quality of the products is as always top class but the service in the store is horror and is more like a low-cost supplier. The staff is well-informed but this does not correspond to the brand. If you address this then you get to hear that the customer stream in the store says something else. It is also clear: This is the only store in Linz ;-)

Es werden auch Mammut Veranstaltungen angeboten die man sich nicht entgehen lassen sollten. (Skitouren Wochenenden, Produktpräsentationen usw.) Great selection and great advice! The largest Mammut store in Austria! I tried very hard. Complaints are dealt with just as quickly to your complete satisfaction! There are also Mammut events that should not be missed. (Ski touring weekends, product presentations, etc.)

Rechnung wird vom Verkäufer nicht ausgehändigt, muss ich mir selbst abreißen. Seller very rude. When paying, draw the seller's attention to my existing customer account, he says "doesn't pay off". The seller does not hand over the invoice, I have to tear it off myself.
