Guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne leichte aber auch schwere Wanderungen. Worth a visit on every vacation. A visit to the inner dam is also recommended. Good starting point for beautiful easy but also difficult hikes.

Misschien kwam het omdat we een regenachtige dag hadden uitgekozen en de bergen vooral in wolken gehuld waren. Hoop dat we nog eens terug kunnen en dan op een zonovergoten dag. Beautiful impressive place but especially liked the road to it. Maybe it was because we picked a rainy day and the mountains were mostly shrouded in clouds. Hope we can go back again and then on a sunny day.

Sehr beeindruckend. Das Restaurant hat sehr gute Küche sowohl süß als auch salzig, und freundliche Bedienung. Ein kleiner Souvenir Shop mit günstigen Steinen. Und auf der Staumauer ist eine tolle Plattform mit Glas Boden für traumhafte Fotos. Die Auffahrt führt vorbei an faszinierenden Wasserfällen und Berg ? Ansichten. Not only the highest dam in Europe, but there is also a great free exhibition with pictures, texts and videos and a cinema about the history of the construction ? of the dam. Very impressive. The restaurant has very good cuisine both sweet and salty, and friendly service. A small souvenir shop with cheap stones. And on the dam wall is a great platform with a glass floor for wonderful photos. The driveway leads past fascinating waterfalls and mountain views.
