★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessionell. Ausgemacht war 12 bis 14 Uhr. Wurde angerufen, dass es sich verzögert, aber es würde von 14 bis 16 Uhr jemand kommen. Es ist weder jemand gekommen, noch wurde der Termin abgesagt. Es wurde die Mobilbox eingeschaltet, somit hat man Pech. Ich bin Vermieter und meine Mieter haben kein Wasser. Diese Firma wird weder von mir jemals wieder kontaktiert, wenn wieder etwas sein sollte, noch werde ich sie weiterempfehlen. Zumindest eine Terminabsage sollte in Zeiten von Mobiltelefonie kein Problem mehr sein.
Unprofessional. It was agreed that noon to 2 p.m. Called that it was delayed but someone would be there from 2pm to 4pm. Nobody came, and the appointment was not canceled. The mobile box was switched on, so you are unlucky. I am a landlord and my tenants have no water. I will never contact this company again if something should happen again, nor will I recommend it to others. At least canceling an appointment should no longer be a problem in the age of mobile telephony.
