★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ein Mahnbrief mit 21.Juli 2017 datiert ist und am 1. August in Oberösterreich ankommt, darin eine Zahlungsfrist von 7 Tagen gefordert wird, merkt man die Absicht und ist verstimmt. Noch dazu, wenn vorher bereits die Rechnung beglichen war.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dr. Mahringer ist wirklich ein sehr netter und guter Anwalt, zumindest soweit ich das beurteilen kann. Etwas lästig ist nur, dass man sich nicht direkt einen Termin ausmachen kann (deshalb ein Stern Abzug). Ich habe meine Nummer hinterlassen und wurde dann zurückgerufen, war aber leider nicht erreichbar. So ist das dann ein paar Mal hin und hergegangen. Abgesehen von dieser organisatorischen Unzulänglichkeit kann ich diese Kanzlei bzw. Herrn Mahringer aber auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
Dr. Mahringer is really a very nice and good lawyer, at least as far as I can tell. Something annoying is only that you can not make an appointment directly (therefore a star deduction). I left my number and was then called back, but unfortunately was not available. That's how it went back and forth a few times. Apart from this organizational inadequacy I can definitely recommend this law firm or Mr. Mahringer!
