Hatte öfters als Innenstadtbewohnerin Probleme, wurde jedoch immer kompetent und freundlich von den zuständigen Sachbeabeiter/innen beraten und informiert. I have only had good experiences with the tourist office. C	Carmela Achleitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit dem Umzug in die Altstadt (innerhalb des Pollerbereichs) wurde ich mit meinem grundsätzlichen Unwissen über die Park- sowie Zufahrtsituation sehr freundlich, umfangreich und mit viel Geduld aufgeklärt. Frau Hofinger war und ist nach wie vor äußerst hilfsbereit und auch im persönlichen Gespräch eine tolle und bemühte Mitarbeiterin. Ich kann von der Abteilung 'Verkehrs- und Straßenrechtsamt' nur Positives berichten und will mich demnach auch nochmal recht herzlich bei Frau Hofinger bedanken. With the move to the old town (within the bollard area) I was informed with my basic ignorance about the parking and access situation very friendly, extensive and with much patience. Mrs. Hofinger was and still is extremely helpful and also in a personal conversation a great and hard-working employee. I can only report positive things from the Traffic and Road Legal Department and I would like to thank Mrs Hofinger very warmly.

Die ganze Stadt steht, anstatt den Verkehr, der von den Touristen verursacht wird, aus der Stadt zu schaffen, bauen Sie die Mönchsberggarage aus! Es fehlen einem die Worte. Der Verkehr ensteht hauptsächlich von der Mönchsberggarage, weil die Leute auf der Straße stehen und was macht die Stadt??? Einfach gar nichts.... Achso ja, es gab mal Versuche, aber das hätte sogar ein 5-Jähriger besser gemacht.... Die Verkehrspolitik in der Stadt Salzburg: 0 Punkte Every year in June / July and August we have the same problem. The whole city is standing, instead of removing the traffic caused by the tourists from the city, expand the Mönchsberggarage! Words are lacking. The traffic comes mainly from the Mönchsberggarage, because people are standing on the street and what is the city doing ??? Just nothing at all .... A	Arian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedes Vorurteil über Beamte und Politiker wird hier noch übertroffen. Die Öffnungszeiten sind ein Witz! Für die arbeitende Gesellschaft ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit sein Anliegen an den Mann zu bringen! Demokratie das ich nicht Lache! Eine Anrainerstraße in eine Kurzparkzone zu ändern macht keinen Sinn und die Bewohner können nichts dagegen machen. Wer entscheidet das? Natürlich die Politiker das Volk hat da nichts zu sagen. Any prejudice about officials and politicians is exceeded here. The opening times are a joke! For the working society an impossibility to bring his concerns to the man! Democracy I don't laugh! Changing a neighboring street into a short-term parking zone makes no sense and the residents cannot do anything about it. Who decides that? Of course the politicians, the people, have nothing to say.
