E	Erich Polder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mit dem Meldewesen telefoniert, unfreundlicher geht es nicht. Abmelden nur Mo-Fr. Meine Frage war ich muß dringend am Samstag Verreisen kann ich mich per Mail oder per Post abmelden. Ich rufe dort nicht mehr an. Habe in Horn nachgefragt eine freundliche Antwort bekommen. I phoned the reporting department, it couldn't be more unfriendly. Unsubscribe only Mon-Fri. My question was I must leave on Saturday. I can unsubscribe by mail or post. I don't call there anymore. Got a friendly answer when asked in Horn.

Nur genervt, egal wegen was man anruft (hatten in der letzten Zeit mehrere Anliegen und es war leider immer das Gleiche). Abgesehen davon hätte bis 16.00 Uhr jemand erreichbar/zuständig sein sollen und bereits 10 Minuten vorher ist laut der Dame bei der Vermittlung niemand mehr erreichbar und man wird sofort unglaublich unfreundlich abgewimmelt. Seldom experienced such an unfriendly lady on the telephone exchange! Only annoyed, no matter what you call (have had several concerns recently and it was unfortunately always the same). Apart from that, someone should have been available / responsible by 4 p.m. and according to the lady, 10 minutes beforehand no one can be reached at the operator and you are immediately unbelievably unfriendly.
D	Dominique Führer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man eine Frage hat und noch 10 Minuten in der Warteschleife, nochimmer keine Auskunft bekommen hat und die Dame am anderen Ende der Leitung einfach auflegt (obwohl man freundlich geblieben ist), ist das Kundenservice? If you have a question and have been on hold for 10 minutes, still haven't received any information and the lady on the other end of the line simply hangs up (although you have remained friendly), is the customer service?

Wer nach Krems ziehen will, sollte sich das dreimal überlegen. Selbst nach erbringen der gewünschten Dokumente wurden plötzlich noch zusätzliche Dokumente verlangt. Eine absolute Frechheit. Absolutely incompetent service. People are sent back and forth unnecessarily. Absolutely rude staff. If you want to move to Krems, you should think twice. Even after the requested documents were provided, additional documents were suddenly requested. An absolute cheek.
S	Stefanie Nissl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem lange Wartezeiten, obwohl nichts los ist. Die Mitarbeiter waren wohl eher mit sich selber und ihrem Essen beschäftigt als mit den Bürgern von Krems. Ich war jetzt schon öfter dort wegen verschiedensten Anliegen und es war jedes Mal das gleiche, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter und lange Wartezeiten. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von Krems im allgemeinen! Schon alleine die Parksituation ist eine Frechheit, aber damit kann man sich abfinden, wenn wenigstens der Rest passen würde. Diese Stadt hat weniger als ein Stern verdient, zumindest wenn es um das Magistrat und ihre Mitarbeiter geht. Extremely long waiting times, although nothing is going on. The employees were probably more concerned with themselves and their food than with the citizens of Krems. I have been there several times now for a variety of concerns and it has always been the same, unfriendly staff and long waiting times. I am very disappointed with Krems in general! The parking situation alone is a cheek, but you can accept that if at least the rest would fit. This city has earned less than a star, at least when it comes to the magistrate and its staff.

T	Tilliano & Niggo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wird in der Warteschlange empfangen - einem wird gesgat hier ist man falsch und eine Schleife an Weiterleitungen beginnt mit der immerwiederkehrenden Aussage da sind sie falsch ich leite sie weiter. Wenn man nach dem 5 mal dann sagt was das soll & man nur herumgeschickt wird werden die Mitarbeiter undfreundlich. Inkompetenz und Unfreundlichkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. You are received in the queue - you are told you are wrong here and a loop of redirects begins with the recurring statement there you are wrong I will forward you. If you say what you want after the 5 times and you are only sent around, the employees become unfriendly. Incompetence and unfriendliness is capitalized here.

In dringenden Situationen wird einem nach tagelangen Warten gesagt das der Chef auf Urlaub ist und man warten muss bis er wieder kommt. Wenn man die Mitarbeiter etwas fragt und sie die Antwort nicht wissen wird man einfach wieder in die Warteschlange geschickt und dann gehts immer weiter so… einfach nur lächerlich mittlerweile Incompetent staff! You get sent back and forth. In urgent situations, after waiting for days, you are told that the boss is on vacation and you have to wait until he comes back. If you ask the staff something and they don't know the answer, they just put you back in line and keep going... just ridiculous now
