M	Markus Gressierer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elektro Roland - Pfusch am Bau wird groß geschrieben. Warum ich zu der Äußerung komme? Ganz einfach. Ich habe eine kleine Eigentumswohnung gekauft. Aus zeitlichen Gründen konnte ich nur per Email kommunizieren. Planung der Küche. Nachdem ich den Küchenplan hatte wurde mir mitgeteilt das alle Steckdosen OK sind. Danach kam die Firma XXXLutz zum vermessen der Küche. Daraufhin musste ich die Küche umplanen. Die Küche hat mich dann 500€ mehr gekostet. Im Wohnzimmer wurde eine Steckdose vergessen. Wichtig ist das sie alles schön verrechnet haben. Da ist diese Firma gut. Im Schlafzimmer passen die von mir angegebenen Abstände beim Bett nicht. Dadurch ist eine zusätzliche Steckdose für mich nicht nutzbar. Aber der Hammer ist das ich nach der Schlüsselübergabe festgestellt habe das der Spiegelschrank und mein Dusch-WC nicht angeschlossen ist. Ich habe dann gleich mal angerufen. Mir wurde versichert das die Sachen unverzüglich angeschlossen werden und das jemand vorbeikommt um das Problem mit der nicht gesetzten Steckdose zu lösen. Tja das war vor 3 Wochen. Seitdem habe ich nichts mehr gehört. Genauso wie ich zusätzlich für den Anschluss an eine Satelitenanlage bezahlen durfte den ich nie in Auftrag gegeben habe Wichtig ist nur das diese "Firma" beim Rechnung schreiben schnell ist. The kitchen then cost me € 500 more. A socket was forgotten in the living room. It is important that you have calculated everything nicely. This company is good there. In the bedroom, the distances I specified for the bed do not fit. This means that an additional socket cannot be used by me. But the great thing is that after handing over the keys I noticed that the mirror cabinet and my shower toilet were not connected. I called right away. I was assured that the things would be connected immediately and that someone would come by to solve the problem with the socket that was not set. Well that was 3 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything since then. Just like I was allowed to pay for the connection to a satellite system that I never commissioned It is only important that this "company" is quick when writing the invoice.

Elektro Roland ist schon paar Mal bei uns gewesen, und machen immer das was wir besprochen haben, und laufen die extra Meile. Durchaus Klasse einsatz und kompetente, fachbekwame und professionelle Mitarbeitern. Das Team is immer vollausgelastet und deswegen kann es mal passieren das sie später vorbeischauen, dadurch Abzug einen Stern. Aber kompetentes Team. Freundliches Team. Immer Hilfbereit. Die Firma hat sich schon vorab selbstständig bei uns gemeldet um einen Termin zu machen, damit alle Zeitfenster ohne Stress eingehalten werden können, und wir Zeit haben uns Gedanken zu machen. TOP! Auch die Beratung und Planung war spitze! Man bekam Tipps und Vorschläge, wo man sich ja selbst nicht so auskennt, wenn man nicht gerade öfter baut und mit der Materie zu tun hat. Wir waren begeistert. Die weitere Ausführung verlief einwandfrei und zu unser vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir bekamen auf unseren Wunsch kurz vorm Einzug noch eine Top- Lampenberatung, womit wir superglücklich sind! Danke auch nochmal dafür!
