★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe meinen Termin vergessen und habe Frau Kröss dreimal angerufen und sie hat nicht zurückgerufen habe ihr dann auf WhatsApp geschrieben dass ich meinen Termin vergessen habe sie hat mir einen neuen Termin gemacht dann war ich gestern bei ihr sie hat mich gefragt warum ich nicht gekommen bin ich hab ihr mindestens zehnmal erklärt das ich den Termin vergessen habe und sie hat gesagt dass es mir nicht so schlecht gehen würde dann hab ich gesagt dass es mir wegen meinen Antidepressiva gut geht und nachher hat sie weiter auf mir herumgehackt und mich gefragt für was ich da bin dann habe ich in einem anderen Ton noch einmal gesagt das ich meinen Termin vergessen habe. Habe schon viele Psychotherapien gehabt hatte noch nie so eine schlechte Psychotherapeutin wie Frau Kröss bin seit heute bei einer anderen Psychotherapeutin bin sehr zuversichtlich dass sie mit ihren Klienten gut umgeht sie hat sich am Handy schon sympathisch angehört bin mit meiner vorherigen Psychotherapeutin die ich vor Frau Kröss hatte sehr zufrieden gewesen leider ging sie in Pension.(Frau Kröss ist nicht zum weiter empfehlen geht zu jemand anderen da seit ihr besser dran.)
 I forgot my appointment and called Ms. Kröss three times and she did not call her back then wrote on WhatsApp that I had forgotten my appointment, she made a new appointment for me then I was with her yesterday, she asked me why I did not come I explained to her at least ten times that I had forgotten the appointment and she said that I wouldn't be so bad then I said that I was fine because of my antidepressants and afterwards she kept picking on me and asking me for what I was doing then I said again in a different tone that I forgot my appointment. Have had many psychotherapies had never had such a bad psychotherapist as Ms. Kröss I have been with another psychotherapist since today I am very confident that she will deal with her clients well she has already listened to me on the cell phone sympathetically with my previous psychotherapist who I was before Ms. Kröss had been very satisfied, unfortunately, she retired. (Mrs. Kröss is not recommended to anyone else because she is better off.)
