F	Familie Kaczmarczyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie wäre es mit einer Sammelklage? Möchte sich jemand von Ihnen anschließen? Ich würde gerne die Ärzte aus der Ambulanz verklagen. Durch die unvollstellbare Inkompetenz und Ignoranz musste mein lieber Gatte mit 51. Jahren vor Kurzem sterben.
N	Natascha Papst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte eine Nasennebenhöhlen OP und davor schreckliche Angst, da ich noch nie operiert wurde. Die Dame in der Ambulanz Aufnahme war wirklich sowas von einfühlsam und freundlich, nahm mir auch sehr die Bedenken und die Angst. Als der OP Tag kam wurde ich in der Chirurgischen Abteilung untergebracht, da in der HNO kein Bett frei war. Da verbrachte ich 4 Tage und ich muss sagen dass wirklich ALLE sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren und man merkte dass vom Oberarzt bis zum Pfleger ALLE ihren Job mit Liebe machen. Thomas, Patrick usw. gehört ein grosses Lob ausgesprochen!!! Auch ein grosses Dankeschön an Fr. Dr. Gebauer und ihrem Team! Ihr leistet sehr gute Arbeit und man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben!!! I had sinus surgery and I was terrified of it as I have never had an operation. The lady in the ambulance admission was really kind of empathetic and friendly, and also took away my concerns and my fear a lot. When the day of the operation came I was placed in the surgical department, as there was no free bed in the ENT department. I spent 4 days there and I have to say that EVERYONE was really nice and helpful and you could tell that from the senior doctor to the nurse EVERYONE do their job with love. Thomas, Patrick etc. deserves great praise! Also a big thank you to Ms. Dr. Gebauer and her team! You do a very good job and you feel very well looked after!
S	Susanne Lindl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin noch im KH nach OP. Und kann nur sagen, dass ich hundertmal lieber hier liege als in Wien. Personal voll im Stress, aber trotzdem supernett und gut drauf. Ich bewundere jeden, der unter diesen Bedingungen nicht das Handtuch wirft! I'm still in the hospital after the surgery. And I can only say that I would rather be here a hundred times than in Vienna. Staff full of stress, but still super nice and in a good mood. I admire anyone who doesn't throw in the towel under these conditions!
M	Marina Hofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlicher, desinteressierter und frecher Empfang von Frau Granabetter auf der HNO Ambulanz und das nicht nur einmal. Auch bei einigen Telefonaten und Terminen auf der Ambulanz. Sogar mit anderen Patienten wurde so umgegangen. Völlig emphatielos und nicht geeignet für Patientenkontakt. Die aktuelle Situation ist zurzeit nicht einfach und man hat auch Verständnis dafür. Aber sowas darf einfach nicht vorkommen. Der Arzt, die Ärztin und die Assistentin waren aber freundlich. Ich werde aber trotzdem dieses Krankenhaus nicht mehr aufsuchen, weil es durch diese Vorfälle, einen negativen Beigeschmack bekommen hat. Sehr enttäuschend! Ich hoffe es wird weitergeleitet! Very unfriendly, disinterested and cheeky reception from Mrs. Granabetter at the ENT outpatient clinic and not just once. Also with some phone calls and appointments at the outpatient clinic. Even other patients were treated that way. Completely lacking in empathy and not suitable for patient contact. The current situation is not easy at the moment and we understand that. But that just shouldn't happen. The doctor, the doctor and the assistant were friendly. However, I will not visit this hospital again because these incidents have given it a negative aftertaste. Very disappointing! I hope it gets forwarded!

Meine Tochter hat ihre kleine Tochter in einem anderen KH tot zur Welt bringen müssen, obwohl sie 2 Wochen vorher mit Beschwerden in Eisenstadt eingeliefert wurde. Man hat sie nicht stationär aufgenommen um zu beobachten wie es sich mit der Gerinnung verhält, denn sie hatte CORONA. Gyn. actually worth no stars. My daughter had to give birth to her little daughter in another hospital, although she had been admitted to Eisenstadt two weeks earlier with complaints. She was not admitted to the hospital to see how the coagulation was going, because she had CORONA.

Geburtenstaion ist die hölle, schwestern und hebammen sind zwar größtenteils nett aber interessieren tut sich keiner für einen. Ärzte sind total uneinfühlsam. Habe 2 mal schmerzen und Blutungen von der untersuchung bekommen weil sie einfach so grob mit ihrem Werkzeug umgehen. Stationär wird man sich selbst überlassenen, wenn man mal läutet und etwas benötigt dauert es schon mal ne stunde bis was passiert, wenn man einen arzt benötigt muss man bis zur visite warten, das dauert dann auch so über 2 Stunden. Not a single star worth this hospital. The birth station is hell, sisters and midwives are mostly nice but nobody is interested in you. Doctors are totally insensitive. I had pain and bleeding twice from the examination because you were just so rough with your tool. In the inpatient setting you are left to your own devices, if you ring the bell and you need something, it can take an hour until what happens, if you need a doctor you have to wait until the rounds, which then takes over 2 hours.
