★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Übersichtlich. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und gut bis sehr gut mit Öffis erreichbar. Meinem Anliegen wurde voll Sorge getragen und mir wurde weitere Hilfe angeboten. Wirklich sehr gut.
 Clear. Very friendly staff and good to very good access by public transport. My concern was taken care of and further help was offered to me. Really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich empfand das Personal unfreundlich und herablassend. Ich ging dorthin, um etwas abzuholen und wurde sehr unhöflich behandelt. Ich würde diesen Ort einer werdenden Mutter nicht empfehlen. Leider tragen die Mitarbeiter an diesem Standort dem negativen Ruf von Wiener Magistraten bei.
I found the staff rude and condescending. I went there to pick something up and was treated very rude. I would not recommend this place to an expectant mother. Unfortunately, the employees at this location contribute to the negative reputation of Viennese magistrates.
