Vor zwei Jahren hatte ich den Plan weitab in die Berge zu ziehen und fand mir auch schon ein nettes Häuschen. Leider wohnte ich zur damaligen Zeit in einem Eigentumsreihenhaus in St. Pölten mit einem !!Schweizer-Franken!!-Kredit. Dadurch ging meine Kreditwürdigkeit gegen Null. Wochenlang habe ich es bei Banken und Finanzierungsberater versucht. Deren Rat war, ich solle erst mein Haus verkaufen, dann könne man weiterreden. Keine Ahnung wie die sich das vorgestellt haben – So schnell verkauft man keine Häuser und mein Wunschobjekt würde nicht ewig auf mich warten. Darum habe ich im Internet recherchiert und Herrn Mag. Palla gefunden. Was soll ich sagen? Eine super Wahl (ich bin stolz auf mich :-) )! Er hat nicht nur den Kredit für mich aufgetrieben, sondern auch super Konditionen ausgehandelt. Dafür bin ich ihm unendlich dankbar. Ich kann ihn fachlich und menschlich nur weiterempfehlen! Selbst bei meinem wirklich schwierigen Fäll hat er kompetent und sehr schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Unfortunately at the time I was living in a row house in St. Pölten with a !! Swiss Franc !! credit. This reduced my credit rating to zero. For weeks I tried it with banks and financial advisors. Their advice was that I should first sell my house, then you could go on. No idea how they imagined it - you don't sell houses that fast and my dream property would not wait for me forever. That's why I did some research on the internet and found Mr. Palla. What can I say? A great choice (I'm proud of myself :-))! He not only got the loan for me, but also negotiated great conditions. I am infinitely grateful to him for that. I can only recommend him professionally and personally! Even with my really difficult fall, he found a solution competently and very quickly. M	Markus Budovinsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Palla hat uns eine Finanzeirung mit sehr guten Konditionen vermitteln können. Auf Grund von Covid hat es zwar ein wenig länger gedauert bis alles zum Abschluss kam, schneller gehts aber im Moment wohl nirgends. Da so eine Finanzierung natürlich länger läuft muss auch die Betreuung über die ganze Laufzeit passen. Update: Bereits 2 Monate später als ich mich an Hr. Palla bzgl. einer kleinen Änderung wenden wollte wurde ich abgewimmelt, ich sollte mich doch direkt an die Bank wenden. Beim Unterschriftstermin wurde von ihm selbst nochmal betont dass man sich bei jedem Anliegen an ihn wenden könne. Nicht der besten Kundenumgang in meinen Augen. Update2: Nachdem dieses Review persönlich zur Sprache gebracht wurde, hat sich Herr Palla rasch gemeldet und sich um ein weiteres Anliegen meinerseits gekümmert. :) Mr. Palla was able to provide us with financing with very good conditions. Due to Covid, it took a little longer to complete everything, but it doesn't get any faster anywhere at the moment. Since such financing naturally runs for a longer period, the support must also be suitable for the entire duration. Update: Already 2 months later when I contacted Mr. Palla wanted to turn to a small change, I was dismissed, I should contact the bank directly. At the signature appointment, he himself emphasized again that you could turn to him with any request. Not the best customer experience in my eyes. Update2: After this review was brought up personally, Mr. Palla got in touch quickly and took care of another concern on my part. :)
