M	Markus Zöchling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hr. Obermühlner vertrat den Verkäufer der Immobilie, von der ich eine Immobilie mit zig Mängeln bekommen habe. Er machte meinem Anwalt und mir Hoffnungen, als er die Zusammenarbeit gegen die Sub-Liferanten anbot. Da bin ich zwar nicht der Auftraggeber, sehe mich aber als indirekter Nutznießer seiner Tätigkeit. Inzwischen bin ich aber total enttäuscht, denn 5 Jahren nach Übergabe stellt sich aus meiner Sicht heraus, dass sich diese Hoffnungen überhaupt nicht erfüllt hatten, eine riesen Enttäuschung. Manche Aussagen finde ich nicht in Ordnung. ZB der Kunde ist schuld, wenn er die Immobilie (zu einem unbekannten Preis) nicht zurück gibt. Das schadet mir und gleichzeitig dem Image des Verkäufers massiv! Auf zig Mails wird nicht geantwortet, anstatt ins konstruktive Gespräch zu gehen. Es tut mir leid für die schlechte Bewertung, aber ich habe versucht zu erklären warum ich so massiv enntäuscht bin. Mr. Obermühlner represented the seller of the property, from which I received a property with umpteen defects. He raised hopes for my lawyer and me when he offered to work against the sub-suppliers. Although I'm not the client, I see myself as an indirect beneficiary of his work. In the meantime I am totally disappointed, because 5 years after the handover it turns out from my point of view that these hopes had not been fulfilled at all, a huge disappointment. I find some statements incorrect. E.g. the customer is to blame if he does not return the property (at an unknown price). That damages me and at the same time the image of the seller massively! Dozens of emails are not replied to, instead of engaging in constructive discussions. I'm sorry for the bad rating, but I've tried to explain why I'm so disappointed.
