Ich hatte soeben einen persönlichen Besuch einer Mitarbeiterin mit einer netten Entschuldigung! Vielen Dank! Echt TOP von Euch!!! LG René -------------------- Dadurch ich mein Geschäft um die Ecke habe, war ich 2x täglich bei Euch. Als regionaler Händler, unterstütze ich auch meine Nachbarn und die Regionalität. Deswegen hab ich mich entschieden auch die Milch, Kuchen/Plunder für Kundengespräche und mein persönliches Frühstück/Jause bei Euch zu holen. BIS HEUTE! Euer Personal war immer super und das kann ich über jeden behaupten. Doch die "Dame" mit den blauen Haaren die meinte ich muss eine Maske (die sie mir mit Ihren nackten Händen hinlegte) tragen, in einer offenen Filiale wo man auch im Freien (außerhalb der Filiale) stehen kann und sagte ohne wird sie mich nicht bedienen. Die hat es jetzt geschafft dass ich zu einem der vielen anderen Anbieter gehen werde! Laut Ihrer Aussage DARF sie keine Kunden bedienen ohne Maske, dies sei die Anordnung der Geschäftsführung??? Wie geht Ihr bitte mit den Personen um die keine Maske tragen können/dürfen??? Seit Anfang April ist die Maskenpflicht, in den letzten 5 Wochen war ich mindestens 50 mal bei Euch OHNE MASKE und es war NIE ein Problem weil man draußen bleiben kann!!! That's why I decided to get the milk, cake / junk for customer discussions and my personal breakfast / snack from you. TIL TODAY! Your staff has always been great and I can say that about everyone. But the "lady" with the blue hair who said I have to wear a mask (which she put down with her bare hands) in an open branch where you can also stand outside (outside the branch) and said without me she will not serve. She has now managed to go to one of the many other providers! According to your statement, you MUST NOT serve customers without a mask, this is the order of the management ??? How do you deal with the people who cannot wear a mask ??? Since the beginning of April the mask has been mandatory, in the last 5 weeks I have been to you WITHOUT MASK at least 50 times and it was NEVER a problem because you can stay outside !!!

Tauben im Geschäftsbereich ( sehr unhygienisch) Das einzig gute ist das Gebäck. No greeting. Staff chatting. In my opinion, too many staff in a confined space. Pigeons in the business area (very unhygienic) The only good thing is the pastries.

Coffee togo schmeckt hervorragend und ist im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ehrlucher als manche Anbieter in der Umgebung. Oersonal immet freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und der Kakao ist immer bis oben hin angefüllt (ein(un)wichiger Nebenaspekt ?!!). For the 2nd time I give 5 stars. I come here often on my way to work and I have to say the staff is so lovely - so friendly! And the cocoa is always filled to the brim (an (un)important side aspect ?!!).
