Alle Mitarbeiterinnen sehr bemüht, man hat nicht das Gefühl beim Psychologen zu sein sondern ein Gespräch bei Freunden zu führen, natürlich mit der nötigen Fachkompetenz. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne, auch den Kindern macht das Arbeiten viel Spaß. Das positive Gefühl nach einem Besuch ist noch lange zu spüren, das was man braucht in dieser fehlersuchenden Gesellschaft. Wir empfehlen euch gerne weiter ? Das Wichtigste, unsere Tochter hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass besonders auf schüchterne Kinder wunderbar eingegangen wird und die Schulreifeüberprüfung war sehr aufschlussreich. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, stets aufmerksames Team und den Termin hatten wir im Übrigen auch überraschend schnell bekommen. Wir können die Praxis uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Zum Wohl unserer Kinder kann ich nur von dieser Praxis abraten, deren Leiterin sich bei der Diagnostik ohnhin nicht ein einziges mall hat blicken lassen (war nicht anwesen vor Ort!) und nach einer Beschwerde, dass unser Kleiner nur von der Praktikantin getestet wurde, plötzlich nicht mehr erreichbar war. Leider kann man keine Null sterne vergeben. Ich kann nur raten, Finger weg! Scorched earth is what this practice has left in our family and it is only thanks to a colleague from the Innviertel that we are now back on the right track. For the good of our children, I can only advise against this practice, the head of which did not show up at a single mall during the diagnostics (was not on site!) And suddenly after a complaint that our little one was only tested by the intern was no longer available. Unfortunately, you cannot assign zero stars. I can only advise, stay away!

Penz machen durfte, vereinbarten wir einen Termin zu einer diagnostischen Abklärung meines Sohnes in der Praxis in Freistadt. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns, dass die Kosten hierfür von unserer Krankenkasse übernommen werden. Frau Mag. Penz und ihr Team konnten uns viele Unsicherheiten nehmen/Unklarheiten ausräumen und - das Schönste - mein Sohn geht nun wieder gestärkt in die Schule. Penz, we made an appointment for a diagnostic evaluation of my son in the practice in Freistadt. We were particularly positively surprised that the costs for this are covered by our health insurance. Ms. Mag. Penz and her team were able to take away a lot of uncertainties / clear up ambiguities and - best of all - my son is now going back to school strengthened. F	Familie Reiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann von dieser Praxis nur abraten - kein Einfühlungsvermögen für Kinder - wenn beim Test nicht mitgemacht wird seitens des Kindes wird auch nichts versucht um zu Verwertbaren Ergebnissen zu kommen. Bei Kindern mit wenig Selbstvertrauen kommt dann kein verwertbares Ergebnis raus. Es wird auch von Praktikanten getestet die von Testungen wenig Ahnung haben - da sie in Ausbildung sind - Chefin war nicht anwesend! Leider habe ich das auch schon von anderen Eltern so gehört. Zudem habe ich den direkten Vergleich zu den Brüdern in Linz die bei der Diagnostik wirklich Top sind. Auch wenn dort längere Wartezeiten sind - rate ich dringend dazu dorthin zu gehen. I can only advise against this practice - no empathy for children - if the child does not participate in the test, nothing is tried to get usable results. Children with little self-confidence will not get any usable results. It is also tested by interns who have little idea about testing - since they are in training - the boss was not present! I've heard that from other parents too. In addition, I have a direct comparison to the brothers in Linz, who are really top at diagnostics. Even if there are longer waiting times - I strongly recommend going there.

Meine Tochter fühlte sich von der ersten Sekunde an super wohl, obwohl sie sehr schüchtern ist und neue Personen und Umgebungen oft nicht akzeptiert. Schon allein das spricht für das Team und die Räumlichkeiten. Für die Diagnostik wurde sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und sehr auf das Kind eingegangen. Ich kann wirklich nur ein sehr großes Lob aussprechen die Praxis jedem ans Herz legen. I can highly recommend the practice! My daughter felt super comfortable from the first second, although she is very shy and often does not accept new people and surroundings. That alone speaks for the team and the premises. A lot of time was taken for the diagnosis and a lot of attention was paid to the child. I can really only give great praise to the practice and recommend it to everyone.
