Very friendly staff including cleaning staff. At Billa I find the customer toilet very practical. (Very clean, spacious toilet.) There is also a large customer car park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt wirklich viele gute Billa-Filialen, aber diese ist die beste. Sehr freundliches und gut geschultes Personal. Generell sehr gut aufgeteilt, sortiert und vor allem hygienisch und sauber. Immer an den „Kundenansturm“ angepasst viele Kassen geöffnet. Bei der Kassa und Feinkost hat man sehr kurze Wartezeiten, außer es ist sehr viel los und selbst dann sind Wartezeiten überschaubar.
Nachtrag: dieser Billa ist der einzige Supermarkt in Freistadt, der eingekühlte Bierkisten im Kühlschrank hat!
There are really many good Billa branches out there, but this one is the best. Very friendly and well trained staff. Generally very well divided, sorted and, above all, hygienic and clean. Always adapted to the "rush of customers", many cash registers are open. At the cash desk and delicatessen there are very short waiting times, unless there is a lot going on and even then the waiting times are manageable.
Addendum: this Billa is the only supermarket in Freistadt that has frozen beer crates in the fridge!
