★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann diese Firma allen Mac Nutzern nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ich hatte heute den absoluten Horror, schaltete mein Macook ein und plötzlich ging nichts mehr. Ich habe bei MacDoc angerufen und der freundliche Chef hat gleich darauf getippt, dass bei meiner Tastatur etwas nicht stimmt, mir einen raschen Tipp gegeben und die Sache war gegessen. Ja, manchmal sind es Kleinigkeiten aber ich finde toll, dass es so etwas noch gibt. Dass man einen Tipp bekommt und dies, ohne dass man gleich etwas kaufen muss. Das ganze sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wenn bei mir das nächste Service oder die nächste Reparatur anstehen sollte bin ich unter Garantie wieder gerne Kunde bei MacDoc. Nchmals hierzlichen Dank für die unkomplizierte Hilfe!
 I highly recommend this company to all Mac users. Today I had the absolute horror, turned on my Macook and suddenly nothing worked. I called MacDoc and the friendly boss immediately tapped that something was wrong with my keyboard, gave me a quick tip and I was done. Yes, sometimes it's small things, but I think it's great that something like this still exists. That you get a tip and that without having to buy anything right away. The whole very friendly and competent. If the next service or repair is due for me, I'm happy to be a MacDoc customer again under guarantee. Thanks again for the uncomplicated help!
