Sad situation. They are losing documents, simply not responding

Fast service, no waiting lines, and everyone is helpful and speaks English very well. Kudos to gentlemen from room 2.10 for excellent customer service :)

If you do not have all the paper when you have the appointment (like passport) you will have to wait for ages to receive the Anmeldebescheinigung... And if you try to call either no answer or they have the good excuse of Covid. But the queue was already quite long 2 years ago when we moved to Vienna.

Have an experience with registering EEA, third-country nationals as well as newborn baby for long-term stays in AT at MA35. I do not understand all those 1 star ratings here. If you deliver the required documents, you receive shortly (third-country nationals), if not immediately (EEA), what you've applied for. Also, most of the officers are helpful, speaks very good English and act with respect (highly appreciated). If I compare MA35 with similar department in one of the neighboring countries, MA35 service is just like Qatar Airways first class (the only drawback: there are no special offers).

There is this Mr. Ceculovic, he is putting information of applicants deliberately wrong so that they don’t receive any documents on time. He has done this several times but for some reason nobody does anything about. The only thing he does is to sit in that chair and grow his belly. In general, case workers from Balkan countries should be reduced in the office. Apparently most of them have really basic education.

Appointment for basic „Anmeldebescheinigung für EWR-Bürger“ scheduled for 08:30. I had to show my passport 6 times to various people, photocopy it, carry around various printed documents. For a young person it seems like a travel in time to the midages. The software they use is from the 90s - how they have not been hacked, idk. 9:45 I made it out alive. I wish Austrian politicians had to do this once.

Despite what other people have said here, I had a very positive experience today. I booked my appointment 2 months in advance and came on time with all the required documents. I had to wait maybe 5-10 mins in line to get a number and then 5 more mins to get my number called. Overall everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially the Bosnian guy at the entrance who gave me his pen because I had forgotten mine. It took 40 mins all in all and I got what I wanted - definitely better service than what I'm used to in Bulgaria...

Positive experience for me. Even if I had to wait two months for the appointment, I sent copies of my documents through Post in this time. Today (when my appointment date was) I went there, I signed and I received Anmeldebescheinigung in 10 minutes! Just AWESOME!
