B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfähig Geschenkekarten richtig aufzuladen und der Beschenkte darf sich dann im Nachhinein darüber ärgern, dass einfach die Karte auf 0 gesetzt wird und muss dann den Besuch selbst bezahlen. Kein es tut uns leid für den Fehler oder die Unannehmlichkeiten. Nein im Gegenteil noch ungut werden und dann irgendwelche unsinnige Vergleiche bringen. M	Martina Wengermeier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz mehrmaligen anschreiben von Vamed ist ein Login in den Club nicht möglich (ging aber bereits, Fehler tritt immer wieder auf). Login ladet ewig und dann kommt ein Timeout. Ich bin echt angefressen! Zwar hat man sich bei mir bedankt, dass ich den Error einmelde (wieso muss ich das machen? Sollte das nicht der Firma auffallen wenn ihr Service nicht funkt?) aber Wochen später hab ich immer noch, egal von welchem Device den gleichen Fehler. :( Bester Service even!! Nach dem ich mich auch bissl aufgeregt hab kam die Antwort der Fehler liegt bei mir! ;) Warum geht es dann sporadisch? aber zu 85% funkt der Login nicht. Man wird zwar aufgefordert Punkte zu sammeln und dem Club beizutreten, aber einlösen kann man sie dann nicht. Die Hürden auf dieser Seite treiben den Benutzer in den Zorn. Null Sterne weil keine Leistung!! Despite several letters from Vamed, it is not possible to log into the club (but it was already possible, the error occurs again and again). Login loads forever and then comes a timeout. I'm really pissed! They thanked me for reporting the error (why do I have to do that? Shouldn't the company notice if their service isn't working?), but weeks later I still have the same error, regardless of which device. :( Best service ever!! After I got a bit excited, I got the answer, the fault is mine! ;) Why is it then sporadic? but 85% of the time the login doesn't work. You will be asked to collect points and join the club, but you cannot redeem them. The hurdles on this page make the user angry. Zero stars because no performance!!

They own 9 places currently and I have been to several: avoid them and go to SPA places that are being run by people who care about their guests and not first and foremost about the money.
