★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chillige, tolle Wohlfühlatmosphäre und das im Zuge eines Trainings. Beratung ist top! MANDU ist vor allem für mich als berufstätige Mutter ideal, weil man in nur 15 Minuten das Krafttraining einer ganzen Woche abdeckt??und dabei fit bleibt!
Chilled, great feel-good atmosphere and that in the course of a training session. Advice is great! MANDU is especially ideal for me as a working mother because you can do strength training for a whole week in just 15 minutes and stay fit!
