Die Service war schnell, der Mitarbeiter ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten angekommen und war freundlich. Ich finde es aber wesentlich überteuert und unfair. I forgot my keys, the door closed automatically ... and so it cost 392 €! The service was fast, the staff arrived within 15 minutes and was friendly. But I find it overpriced and unfair.
U	U O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wohnungstür zugefallen, Service war in den zugesagten 10-15 Minuten da (wochentags, nachmittag) ; habe mich beim Mitarbeiter vor der Öffnung nach dem Preis erkundigt:aufgerundet 80 eur -es blieb auch dabei. Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter, ging ganz schnell. Bankomat-/Kreditkartenzahlung möglich! Fünf Sterne. Door closed, service was in the promised 10-15 minutes there (weekdays, afternoon); I asked the employee before the opening for the price: rounded up 80 eur -es was also there. Very friendly staff, went very fast. Bankomat- / credit card payment possible! Five stars.
V	Viktoria Kappacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte zwei Schlüssel nachmachen, bin also mit Bestätigung der Hausverwaltung hin.. damals wurde mir gesagt, es würde ca 5 Tage dauern. nach einer guten Woche hab ich nachgefragt, Antwort war es verzögert sich etwas sie rufen dann an... Zwei Wochen später hab ich nochmals nachgefragt und die Auskunft bekommen sie müssen Rücksprache mit der Hausverwaltung halten (wieso auch immer, Bestätigung war eigentlich vorhanden). 6 wochen (!!) später kam dann ein Anruf, sie wären fertig. Ich geh also die Schlüssel abholen, es war aber nur einer vorhanden. Der Herr meinte dann er macht einen zweiten nach, ich hab also 15 mins gewartet und bin mit zwei Schlüssel heim. Komm nach Hause, keiner der beiden schlüssel funktioniert. Ruf an, Tonband "sie erreichen uns leider außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten" (halbe Stunde vor Ladenschluss)... I wanted to duplicate two keys, so I went there with confirmation from the property management. At that time I was told it would take about 5 days. After a good week I asked, the answer was a bit delayed, they then call... Two weeks later I asked again and got the information they had to consult with the property management (for whatever reason, confirmation was actually available). 6 weeks (!!) later I got a call saying they were done. So I'm going to pick up the keys, but there was only one. The gentleman then said he would copy a second one, so I waited 15 minutes and went home with two keys. Come home, neither key works. Call, tape "unfortunately you can reach us outside of business hours" (half an hour before closing time)...
