Nicht "arrogant" und sehr kompetent - sie sagt wie es ist, auch wenn etwas nicht so positiv ist :-) Ich (42) habe die Zeit bei ihr sehr genossen und bereue es, dass ich mir das nicht schon vor 10 oder 20 Jahren geleistet habe! I had a color and style consultation and I am absolutely thrilled! The calm, friendly manner of Ms. Rimser made the consultation something special for me! Not "arrogant" and very competent - she says how it is, even if something is not so positive :-) I (42) really enjoyed my time with her and regret that I didn't do it 10 or 20 years ago!
