Der zweite Stern ist für Ihre rasche Antwort und Ihr Bemühen, den Schaden wieder gut machen zu wollen. I can't judge how the salon got the good rating, my husband was totally cut off, there is a two centimeter difference between the left and right side, I managed that better myself during the lockdown. The second star is for your quick response and your efforts to make amends for the damage.
