Von "Verkaufen wollen" konnte keine Rede sein. Ist mir ein Rätsel, wie man mit dieser unterschwelligen Arroganz Kunden zufriedenstellen kann. Wir haben mittlerweile einen Lichtberatung im Oberland beauftragt welche uns das Gefühl vermittelt, dass man sich mehr auf Augenhöhe begegnet und sich auch um ein Lampenbudget von "nur" 15k bemüht. Fast processing because we probably didn't look like the customer in a fine thread, but rather stumbled into the store with a baby and rather accidentally. There was no question of "wanting to sell". It is a mystery to me how one can satisfy customers with this subliminal arrogance. We have now commissioned a lighting consultancy in the Oberland, which gives us the feeling that we meet more at eye level and that we also strive for a lamp budget of "only" 15k.
