 Very fun and informative cooking classes in a great atmosphere! Lucy tries hard and is fun to cook with. Also highly recommended for private cooking, certainly the best rental cook, not only for real, Asian cuisine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucy entführt ihre SchülerInnen in die authentische chinesische Küche, wie ich sie noch in keinem Chinarestaurant erlebt habe. Mit großer Leidenschaft erklärt sie ohne Schnickschnack, wie man ohne Geschmacksverstärker (!!!) köstliche Asiagerichte zubereiten kann. Lucy gibt auch viele Ezzes, wo man spezielle Produkte erhält und wie man diese zubereitet. Ein ganz großes Kompliment an unsere "Küchenchefin".
Lucy abducts her students into authentic Chinese cuisine that I have never experienced in any Chinese restaurant. She explains with great passion, no frills, how you can prepare delicious Asian dishes without flavor enhancers (!!!). Lucy also gives many Ezzes where you can get special products and how to prepare them. A very big compliment to our "head chef".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best and only chinese food in Europe! You can't compare Lucy to a "normal" chinese restaurant you usually know outside China. She cooks real autentical food - if you already went to China, you know what I'm talking about. Since we know her, we forgot every other chinese restaurant.
