★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schaden reparieren lassen, bei der Reparatur wurde mein Auto vom Mitarbeiter beschädigt und der Schaden wurde weder erwähnt noch behoben !!! Dazu war mein auto mit Fingerabdrücken übersäht ( fettige ) und auch die würden nicht entfernt, schlechteren Service kann man nicht haben !!!
 Have damage repaired, during the repair my car was damaged by the employee and the damage was neither mentioned nor repaired !!! In addition, my car was covered with fingerprints (greasy) and they would not be removed, worse service cannot be had !!!

Jetzt leider das komplette Gegenteil!
Erste Juli Woche wegen einer Delle zur Besichtigung , so weit so gut wie immer.
Es wurde gesagt Montag folgende Woche würde ich einen Termin bekommen.
Bis heute ( Ende August) keinen bekommen trotz Nachfrage .
OK dann eben nicht.
2 Sterne nur weil es vor 2 Jahren nichts zu beanstanden gab, beim ersten Besuch.
On my first visit 2 years ago everything went great and completely satisfied.
Now, unfortunately, the complete opposite!
First week of July for viewing because of a dent, as good as ever.
They said I would get an appointment the following Monday.
Until today (end of August) no one received it despite demand.
OK then not.
2 stars only because there was nothing to complain about 2 years ago, on the first visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super freundlich & unkompliziert - kleinere Polituren am Lack ohne Termin und für kleines Geld erledigt! Es wurde sogar zusätzlich der Lack des Autos auf weitere Kratzer kontrolliert, welche ebenfalls behoben wurden (kostenfrei!).
Absolut empfehlenswert.
super friendly & uncomplicated - minor polishes on the paintwork done without an appointment and for little money! The car's paintwork was even checked for further scratches, which were also fixed (free of charge!).
Highly Recommended.
