★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die FA Shill hat uns wirklich geholfen! Normal ärgert man sich zu Tode wenn einem die Polizei abschleppen lässt. Wir sind noch nach 22 Uhr dort gewesen und auf uns wurde extra gewartet. Als dann auch noch meine VISA nicht funktioniert hat war die Aggressionsstufe auf dem Höhepunkt. Doch, ich denke Frau Shill, hat mir sofort die Wut genommen und in Freude verwandelt. Wir durften trotzdem nach Hause fahren und die Abschleppung war (jedenfalls für einen Abschleppdienst) nicht teuer. Wir dürfen die 200€ im Neuen Jahr begleichen und uns wurde noch ein guter Rutsch in das neue Jahr gewünscht. Eine Solche Freundlichkeit kann man heut zu Tage normal in keiner Weise mehr erwarten. Aber uns wurde nach einem katastrophalen Abend ein Lächeln geschenkt und das finde ich einfach unfassbar nett. Ein riesen Danke nochmals an die blonde Dame im Büro. Silvester ist gerettet. The FA Shill really helped us! You usually get angry to death when the police have you towed away. We were still there after 10 p.m. and we were specially waited for. When my VISA didn't work, the level of aggression was at its peak. Yes, I think Ms. Shill immediately took my anger away and turned it into joy. We were still allowed to drive home and towing was not expensive (at least for a towing service). We are allowed to pay the € 200 in the New Year and we wish you a happy new year. Such kindness can no longer be expected in any way these days. But we were given a smile after a catastrophic evening and I think that's just incredibly nice. A huge thank you again to the blonde lady in the office. New Year's Eve is saved. (: Thank you thank you thank you! Lg Flechl
