 Rooms with a lot of atmosphere, all yoga utensils available, 2 competent teachers, various courses, flexible subscriptions, pleasant group sizes, everyone is addressed individually and attention is paid to correct execution, relaxing music and freshly brewed tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit nun mehr als einem halben Jahr bin ich 2mal die Woche bei Daniela & Gerhard im Studio. Das Lotus Yoga hat eine tolle angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre mit super Erreichbarkeit von der Autobahnabfahrt Rankweil und genügend Parkmöglichkeiten.
Im speziellen schätze ich die flexiblen Kurszeiten und die Aboauswahl so kann ich mir die Woche mit 2mal Yoga perfekt einteilen. Das System ist einfach super! Nicht zuletzt finde ich die Kurse immer spannend, abwechslungsreich aber auch intensiv. Für wirklich Jeden egal ob Jung oder Alt ist ein passender Kurs angeboten.
Das schöne ist, dass auf alle Teilnehmer so gut wie möglich eingegangen wird und es für jede Übung / Asanas eine Abwandlung oder Alternative gibt. Yogamatten und div. Hilfsmittel sind zu genüge vorhanden, sogar Wasser und Tee gibt es kostenlos oben drauf.
Ich für meine Wenigkeit kann das Lotus Yoga Studio nur weiterempfehlen - es macht einfach nur Spaß und mann bekommt ein super Körpergefühl, nebenbei auch paar Muckis bzw. einen definierten Körper und findet auch Schritt für Schritt zu sich selbst.

For more than half a year I have been to the studio twice a week with Daniela & Gerhard. The Lotus Yoga has a great pleasant and quiet atmosphere with great accessibility from the motorway exit Rankweil and plenty of parking.
In particular, I appreciate the flexible course times and the subscription selection so I can perfectly divide my week with 2 times yoga. The system is just great! Last but not least, I find the courses always exciting, varied but also intense. For everyone, no matter whether young or old, a suitable course is offered.
The nice thing is that all participants are treated as well as possible and there is a variation or alternative for each exercise / asana. Yoga mats and div aids are available, even water and tea are free on top.
I for one, only recommend the Lotus Yoga Studio - it's just fun and man gets a great body feeling, as well as some muckis or a defined body and also finds himself step by step.
