Durch die online Buchung per App kann jeder seinen Fitnessslot buchen. so wird sichergestellt, dass jeder seine individuelle Beratung und Untersztützung erhält. Dies unterscheidet das Studio vor allem von anderen größeren Studios. Fragt vor allem nach den verschiedenen Angeboten die das Studio bietet. Krafttraining, Powerplate, abnehmen im liegen etc. Hier gibt es viele möglichkeiten, wie jeder individuell sein training durchziehen kann. Kann ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!! Fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben und bin dadurch motiviert regelmäßig mein Training zu absolvieren. Kann ich jedem Weiterempfehlen!!! Hat man einen Termin wird auch jede Übung erklärt und die Ausführung beobachtet. Das Personal ist professionell, freundlich und es herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Kein "Fließbandstudio" wo man nach den ersten Trainings alleine gelassen wird. Das Klima unter den Kunden ist super, man hilft sich gegenseitig. Die Geräte sind Top Qualität und immer sauber, da alle Kunden selbst diszipliniert desinfizieren . Man bekommt Top Erklärungen, super Tipps für Gesundheit und Ernährung und es herrscht immer ein Schmäh, was die Atmosphäre noch einmal besser macht. There is really PERSONAL training here. A small, fine studio where you can't do anything without supervision. If you have an appointment, each exercise is explained and the execution is observed. The staff is professional, friendly and there is a family atmosphere. No "assembly line studio" where you are left alone after the first training. The climate among the customers is great, they help each other. The devices are top quality and always clean, as all customers disinfect themselves in a disciplined manner. You get great explanations, great tips for health and nutrition and there is always a shame, which makes the atmosphere even better.

Ich lernte Dich kennen und mit Deiner so einfühlsamen, freundlichen und wertfreien Art hast Du mir einen unglaublichen Druck genommen. Du nimmst Dir sehr viel Zeit für jeden einzelnen und ich schätze sehr wie Du arbeitest. Ich bin froh so gut aufgehoben zu sein und freue mich jedesmal auf mein Termin ❤ Dear Miriam! I haven't had the best experience when it comes to gyms. When I got the offer to lose weight while lying down, I thought ok try it. As soon as I walked into your studio, I had the feeling that there was privacy here! I got to know you and with your sensitive, friendly and nonjudgmental manner you took an incredible amount of pressure off me. You take a lot of time for each individual and I really appreciate how you work. I'm glad to be in good hands and I always look forward to my appointment ❤
