Auch diesmal war die Beratung kompetent, höflich und zuvorkommmend. Sogar am Samstag wurde noch ein spezieller Wunsch von der Schneiderin sofort erfüllt, die Zeit überbrückten wir mit Kaffee und Topfenstrudel. Und beim Abholen der Hosen und Jacken bekamen wir auch noch Pflegetipps vom Chef persönlich. Vielen Dank, bis bald! For several years I have visited the Lodenwalke again and again during stays in Ramsau and have always been satisfied with the products. This time, too, the advice was competent, polite and courteous. Even on Saturday a special wish was immediately fulfilled by the seamstress, we bridged the time with coffee and curd strudel. Nachdem ich sehr groß bin wurde mir ohne Aufpreis die Hose verlängert und passt perfekt. Bei Wind, Regen und Kälte das perfekte Material. Great company, I was looking for loden trousers for a trip to Iceland and was given good advice. After I grew up, my pants were lengthened at no extra charge and they fit perfectly. The perfect material for wind, rain and cold.

Die weite Anreise von Klagenfurt zahlt sich immer aus, hier stimmen Qualität, Auswahl, Preis und Kundenservice! Die 4 Jahre alte und noch immer wunderschöne Jacke meines Mannes hatte - hervorgerufen durch einen Sturz - einen großen L-förmigen Riss am Rücken. Ich schickte diese Jacke vor fünf Tagen zu Lodenwalker in der Hoffnung, dass der Riss gestopft werden könnte. Drei Tage später wurde mir die Jacke perfekt repariert zurückgesandt. Der Rücken war aufgetrennt und durch einen neuen Stoff ersetzt worden. Die Jacke sieht wieder aus wie neu und für die ganze Arbeit wurden nur 20 Euro inkl. MWSt verrechnet - unglaublich! HERZLICHEN DANK - wir kommen wieder! My husband and I have already bought several jackets from Lodenwalker. The long journey from Klagenfurt always pays off, the quality, selection, price and customer service are all right here! My husband's 4 year old and still beautiful jacket had a large L-shaped tear on the back caused by a fall. I sent this jacket to Lodenwalker five days ago in the hope that the tear could be mended. Three days later the jacket was returned to me perfectly repaired. The back had been unpicked and replaced with a new fabric. The jacket looks like new again and only 20 euros including VAT were charged for the whole job - unbelievable! THANK YOU - we'll be back!

Most of their products are only sold in the store, only some items are available via the online store. Added is a restaurant, which serves Styrian foold
