M	Martin Sonnleitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenne zwar ihre arbeitsrechtlichen Vorschriften nicht, inwieweit Angestellte des Altstoffsammelzentrums Kunden beim Ausladen behilflich sein sollen, muss mich diesbezüglich aber sehr über Aussagen eines Mitarbeiters wundern. Nach meiner Anmeldung und der gleichzeitigen Bitte um Hilfe beim Ausladen einer Waschmaschine würde ich auf einen dortigen Staplerfahrer weiterverwiesen. Dieser hat sich auf mein Ersuchen hin dann dahingehend geäußert, ob ich mir vorstellen könne, wie es ihm am Abend geht, wenn der eine mit einem schweren Fernseher und der andere mit einer schweren Waschmaschine daherkomme und er beim Ausladen immer mithelfen müsse. Ich erklärte ihm darauf, dass ich selbstverständlich auf seine Mithilfe verzichten würde, wenn dies nicht in sein Aufgabengebiet falle. Zudem sei ich aber von einem Kollegen auf ihn verwiesen worden. Daraufhin meinte er, warum mir dann dieser nicht helfe. Das müsste er ihn schon selber fragen, war meine Antwort dazu. Nachdem er mir letztendlich doch half die Waschmaschine von meinen Auto die 50cm hinunter auf den Boden im Bereich des Containers zu stellen, fuhr ich ein wenig ratlos mit dem Gedanken wieder weg, ob ich jetzt zuviel verlangt hatte, oder Kundenservice vielleicht doch anders aussieht!? I explained to him that I would of course forego his help if it was not part of his area of responsibility. In addition, I was referred to him by a colleague. Then he said why not help me then. He would have to ask him that himself, was my answer. After he finally helped me to put the washing machine of my car 50cm down on the floor in the area of the container, I drove away a little perplexed with the thought of whether I had asked too much or whether customer service might look different !?
e	easyapartments GmbH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das "Service"der jungen, unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter hat sich darauf beschränkt in sicherer Entfernung mit verschränkten Armen dazustehen, die Aufteilung von Kunststoff penibel anzuordnen und zu beobachten, ob dies genau eingehalten wird. Wir waren die einzigen Kunden, sodass neben den Belehrungen was wohin in der Halle entsorgt wird auch helfen und zugreifen möglich gewesen wäre. Bei anderen ASZ ist dies selbstverständlich. Wir sind uns vorgekommen wie in einem Straflager - wir wurden nicht beraten sondern schikaniert. Dienstleistung sieht jedenfalls anders aus! Wir haben dort kurzerhand die Entsorgungsaktion abgebrochen und sind zum nächsten Altstoffsammelzentrum Nähe Interspar gefahren. (Dort wird man freundlich behandelt und unterstützt) So manch anderer wäre wahrscheinlich nach Hause gefahren und hätte alles in die Restmülltonne entsorgt. Animiert zu fachgerechter Entsorgung wird man jedenfalls nicht. m	martin r. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Frechheit die Mitarbeiter! Ich war bis jetzt 4 Mal dort und würde jedesmal unfreundlich behandelt... Heute war es der Höhepunkt... Ich hab ein Hinweisschild übersehen (da zuvor ein Auto davor stand) und hab den Bauschutt in einem Container geworfen (der schon zu einem Drittel mit Bauschutt voll war). Auf einmal kam ein Mitarbeiter und schrie mich an: ob ich zu blöd bin um zu lesen, sogar die Ausländer schaffen es... Ich hab den Mitarbeiter gefragt, was er gegen Ausländer hat... Eh nix... Dann erlaubte ich mir noch zu fragen, wo der Container für Metall ist... Steht eh so wo Metall drauf steht... Würde mir sehr "nett" mitgeteilt... Ich wünschte dem Mitarbeiter dann noch einen schönen Tag... Ich freute mich direkt, als ich ein ebenso hörte... Mein Haushalt bezahlt gerade nicht wenig an die Linz AG... Ich würde mir nur die Freundlichkeit die im ASZ Melissenweg in der Wiener Str auch wünschen.... Das Personal im Melissenweg ist echt immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett... Hier könnten die Mitarbeiter der Wiener Str eine Schulung machen... Ich werde wieder ab und zu Mal in die Wiener Str fahren... Bin schon gespannt ob man hier auch mal ein positives Erlebnis habe... Then I allowed myself even to ask, where is the container for metal ... is it anyway where metal is on it ... I would be very "nice" communicated ... I wish the employee then a nice day ... I was happy directly when I heard one as well ... My household does not pay just a little to the Linz AG ... I would just like the friendliness in the ASZ Melissenweg in the Vienna Str .... The staff in the Melissenweg is really always friendly, helpful and nice ... Here could the employees of the Vienna Str make a training ... I will go again and again in the Vienna Str ... I'm curious if you have a positive experience here ...
A	Andreas Schiefermüller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Stammelzentrum ist das einzige Zentrum für Stammeln das ich kenne. Auch als Nicht-Stammler ist man dort willkommen, sofern man Altstoffe dabei hat. Leider werden keine Stammelkurse angeboten, deshalb nur 3 Sterne. The stammer center is the only center for stammering that I know. Even as a non-regular you are welcome there, provided you have old materials with you. Unfortunately, there are no regular courses offered, so only 3 stars.

Das meiste kann komplett kostenlos entsorgt werden. Für einige Dinge muss bezahlt werden. Aber die Preise sind mehr als klein. Echt ein tolles Team dort und gut organisiert! Herzlichen Dank für diesen tollen Service für unsere Stadt! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. If you stand around helplessly in front of all the containers, someone comes immediately. Most of it can be disposed of completely free of charge. Some things have to be paid for. But the prices are more than small. Really a great team there and well organized! Thank you very much for this great service for our city!

Dojazd trochę mylocy. Ale tak to wszystko na 5tke Very nice people. Despite the load I had, they approached it very calmly and professionally.
