★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten eine telefonische Auskunft, ob sie ein Produkt im laden führen. Zuerst mussten wir mal gut 8 Minuten läuten lassen bis überhaupt jemand abgenommen hat, dann wurden wir 2 mal ohne Erfolg weiterverbunden. Danach (mittlerweile sind fast 15 Minuten vergangen) hieß esn das der Kolege zurück ruft. Jat er natürlich nie getan.. Sehr traurig sowas..
 We wanted to be informed by telephone whether they had a product in the store. First we had to let the ring ring for a good 8 minutes before anyone answered, then we were put through twice without success. After that (now almost 15 minutes have passed) it was said that the colleague would call back. Of course he never did.. Very sad stuff like that..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hat so ziemlich alles was man braucht. Ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist nicht tragisch. Mehr nervt, dass es keinen Holzzuschnitt und ein paar immergrantige Mitarbeiter gibt.
has pretty much everything you need. It's getting old, but it's not tragic. It is more annoying that there is no wood cutting and there are a few ever grinning employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin sehr entsetzt über dieses Fräulein welches meine Mutter heute am nm "betreut" hat. Da meine Mutter keinen Verkäufer im Geschäft finden konnte, traf sie dann hinten in der gartenabteilung endlich jemanden. Auf die Frage ob sie wisse wo ihre Kollegen sind da sie etwas aus der Farben Abteilung braucht, bekam sie diese Antwort, ich zitiere wörtlich, "bin ich a nerd?" desweiteren wurde meine Mutter dann von ihr ignoriert. Ausgerufen hat sie natürlich keinen.
Solche Verkäufer / Angestellten sind doch wirklich Gold wert. ?.
Lt den anderen Kommentaren kommt sowas e ziemlich oft vor, meine Frage nur, gibt's da einen Chef auch bzw wird eine Kundenbetreuung so gelehrt? Ihm wirds egal sein, Hauptsache der Umsatz passt, sonst hätte sich da schon längst was geändert.
Ein Stern deshalb, weil ich keine Null geben kann.
I'm very appalled by this lady who "looked after" my mother today on the nm. Since my mother couldn't find a salesperson in the store, she finally met someone at the back of the garden department. When asked if she knew where her colleagues were because she needed something from the paint department, she got this answer, I quote verbatim, "am I a nerd?" furthermore my mother was then ignored by her. Of course she didn't call anyone out.
Such sellers / employees are really worth their weight in gold. ?.
According to the other comments, something like this happens quite often, my only question is, is there a boss or is customer service taught like this? It won't matter to him, the main thing is that the turnover is right, otherwise something would have changed a long time ago.
One star because I can't give a zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider muss ich mich vielen Bewertungen anschließen! Mitarbeiter sind nicht sehr bemüht! Arbeite selber im Verkauf aber so ist man nicht zu Kunden! Leider fehlt bei der Bauinfo sehr die warenkunde und die Freundlichkeit vorallem von einem gewissen Herren! Leider nach mehrmaliger Anfragen wegen Baustoffen wurde ich immer wieder schnell abgefertigt damit er dann 5 Minuten später draußen stehen kann zum Rauchen! Leider sehr schade
Unfortunately I have to agree with many reviews! Employees are not trying very hard! I work in sales myself, but that's not how you treat customers! Unfortunately, the building information is very lacking in product knowledge and friendliness, especially from a certain gentleman! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich hat dieser Markt alles was man so braucht zu vernünftigen Preisen. Personal fast immer sehr kompetent und freundlich. Einzig das übergroße Sortiment für einen Baumarkt ist vielleicht ein wenig zu viel. Spielwaren abseits von Saisonartikeln, Lebensmittel zb muss nun wirklich nicht sein. Ich würde einen Einkauf in diesem Markt empfehlen !
Actually, this market has everything you need at reasonable prices. Staff almost always very competent and friendly. Only the oversized range for a hardware store is perhaps a little too much. Toys apart from seasonal items, eg groceries really don't have to be. I would recommend shopping at this market!
