Sehr unfreundlich die Kassiererin, Eingekauft um 289€ wollte mit einem 500€ Schein bezahlen, angeboten würde mir ,dass ich zur Bank gehen solle um den 500€ Schein zu wechseln da dieser nicht angenommen wird. Laut Kundenservice bezahlen mit einem 500€ Schein sehr wohl möglich.
The cashier was very unfriendly, bought for € 289 and wanted to pay with a € 500 note, I was offered that I should go to the bank to change the € 500 note as it is not accepted. According to customer service, it is very possible to pay with a € 500 note.

Sono passati 15 anni da quando per la prima volta entrai in un negozio della Libro. Per anni non c'era cartoleria più bella e invitante. Negli ultimi anni, almeno nella zona di Villaco, ha perso fascino e assortimento. Un vero peccato.
It's been 15 years since I first walked into a Book shop. For years there was no more beautiful and inviting stationery. In recent years, at least in the Villach area, it has lost its charm and assortment. Such a pity.

In dieser Filiale ist man ja gewohnt das man ewig an der Kasse warten muss. War auch nie ein Problem. Aber wenn man dann schon eine viertel Stunde steht, die Verkäuferin (im Gespräch mit einem augenscheinlich Bekannten) dann doch mal drauf aufmerksam macht und die dann richtig unfreundlich reagiert und erstmal den 2 G Nachweis kontrolliert, das geht gar nicht. Hier sollte entweder anständig besetzt werden oder die Verkäuferin in Bezug auf Kundenfreundlichkeit nachgeschult werden.
In this branch you are used to having to wait forever at the cash register. Was never a problem either. But if you stand there for a quarter of an hour, the saleswoman (in conversation with an apparently acquaintance) then draws your attention to it and then reacts really unfriendly and first checks the 2 G proof, that doesn't work at all. Here should either be staffed properly or the saleswoman should be retrained in terms of customer friendliness.
