Getreideabteilung mit guter Auswahl, des weiteren finde ich hier Produkte die ich zuvor immer bestellen musste. Und was mich besonders freut - frische Milchprodukte vom Wurzerhof?Bitte weiter so! Fresh vegetables as on the market and also a very large selection. Grain department with good selection, furthermore, I find here products that I always had to order before. And what makes me especially happy - fresh milk products from Wurzerhof?Please keep it up!

Vor ein paar Wochen hatten wir mehrere Stück süßes Gebäck gekauft. Zuhause mussten wir dann feststellen, dass alles total vertrocknet und ungenießbar war, als hätte es schon drei Tage in der Auslage gelegen. Konnte man wirklich nicht essen. Ich habe dann dort angerufen und dies rückgemeldet. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch angeboten, dass wir das Geld zurückerhalten, wenn wir das nächste Mal kommen. Das fand ich sehr kundenfreundlich, auch wenn ich davon nicht Gebraucht gemacht habe, da ich in der Zwischenzeit keine Zeit fand, um ins Geschäft zu kommen. Gestern bin ich dann wieder zum Einkaufen dort gewesen und hatte das nächste Ärgernis: Gekühlte und bereits fertig abgepackte Produkte (in diesem Fall Berner-Würstel) werden mit 100-Gramm-Preis angeschrieben, was natürlich so klein auf dem Etikett steht, dass man erst bei der Kasse draufkommt. In allen anderen Supermärkten ist dies ausschließlich bei der Feinkost üblich. Wenn ich jetzt auch noch jedes Mal jedes Etikett auf dem Produkt nach dem richtigen Preis absuchen muss, ist mir das zu mühsam. Ich werde in Zukunft woanders einkaufen. PS: Habe auch festgestellt, dass ein und dieselben Produkte gleich nebenan beim DM deutlich günstiger zu kaufen sind. ... Ich zahle gerne mehr für hohe Qualität, aber nicht für vertrocknete Altbackwaren und für Produkte, die ich direkt nebenan deutlich günstiger erhalte. Das mit dem Etikett ist sowieso eine Frechheit. We were pretty enthusiastic at the beginning, but unfortunately this enthusiasm has now evaporated. A few weeks ago we bought several pieces of sweet pastry. At home we found that everything was completely dried out and inedible, as if it had been in the window for three days. You really couldn't eat. I then called there and reported this back. The lady on the phone was very friendly and also offered to give us the money back the next time we come. I found this to be very customer-friendly, even if I didn't use it as I couldn't find time to get into business in the meantime. Yesterday I went shopping there again and had the next annoyance: Chilled and pre-packaged products (in this case Bernese sausages) are marked with a 100 gram price, which is of course so small on the label that you have to wait first at the checkout. In all other supermarkets, this is only common for delicatessen. If I now have to search every label on the product for the right price every time, that's too tedious for me. I will shop elsewhere in the future. PS: I also found that one and the same products can be bought at the DM right next door. ... I like to pay more for high quality, but not for dried out old baked goods and for products that I get significantly cheaper right next door. That with the label is a joke anyway.
