T	TN Digi12 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beratung: zuvorkommend und kompetent. Hatte das Gefühl, hier wollte man mir nicht nur eine Lampe verkaufen, sondern wirklich mein Beleuchtungsproblem lösen. Hat sich sicher auch ausgezahlt, weil die endgültige Lösung doch etwas umfangreicher war als ich mir ursprünglich vorgestellt hatte... Auswahl: Ein paar von den Lampen die dort ausgestellt sind noch nie in einer solchen Form gesehen - im Positiven... Es ist für mich persönlich hilfreich, die Lampen in echt sehen zu können Preis: Naja billig ist es dort nicht - allerdings habe ich - wie erwähnt - solche Lampen auch nicht nicht woanders gesehen. Sagen wir mal so: Die Lampe für die Abstellkammer würde ich nicht im Lampenhaus kaufen... Geht's aber um eine ordentliche Lösung für mein Arbeitszimmer wo ich den Großteil des Tages verbringe, oder um den repräsentativen Luster im Esszimmer, gibt's dort sicher was Ausgefallenes... H	H G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Beratung und ausgezeichnete und freundliche Montage. Herr Paulitsch nimmt sich Zeit, erklärt und berät bis man die passenden Lampen gefunden hat. Wir haben im Leuchtenhaus Lampen für unser Wohnzimmer, Essbereich, Bad und Büro bestellt und montieren lassen. Nachdem wir uns für die Lampen entscheiden hatten ist Herr Paulitsch sogar bei uns nach Ladenschluss vorbei gekommen. Er hat sich die Zimmer angesehen und sicher gestellt das alle notwendigen Schalter (richtige Dimmertechnik) vorhanden sind und dass die Lampen in die jeweiligen Zimmer passen. So hat dann auch bei der Montage alles geklappt. Monteure kamen pünktlich, waren freundlich, hatten alle notwendigen Teile mit und haben sauber gearbeitet. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder. We ordered lamps for our living room, dining area, bathroom and office in the lighthouse and had them installed. After we had decided on the lamps, Mr. Paulitsch even came to see us after the store closed. He looked at the rooms and made sure that all the necessary switches (correct dimmer technology) are available and that the lamps fit into the respective rooms. So everything went well during assembly. Fitters came on time, were friendly, had all the necessary parts with them and worked cleanly. Thank you very much and gladly again.
A	Andreas Kainer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor Ort unfreundlich im Nachgang bemüht Vor Ort war der Verkäufer sehr unfreundlich, als wir uns nicht für die 1.000€+ Modelle erwärmen können, haben uns außerdem anstelle eines Standard-LED-Leuchtmittels ohne unser Wissen eine Smart-LED abgedreht. (Kostet natürlich das Doppelte!) Danach weigerten sich sie, diese zurückzunehmen (wurde später telefonisch geklärt). Ob ich hier nochmals einkaufen werde, weiß ich aktuell nicht. Positiv: Der Geschäftsführer war im Nachhinein sehr bemüht, hier Klarheit zu schaffen und den Unmut auszuräumen. Das ist auch nicht selbstverständlich. (Costs twice as much, of course!) After that, they refused to take them back (this was clarified later by phone). I don't know at the moment whether I'll go shopping here again.
