Die Geschäftsführerin ist nur Mittel zum Zweck, eigentlich hat die Mutter das sagen.
Persönliche Sympathie ist wichtiger als Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, ständige Stellenausschreibungen aber kompetente Bewerber werden nicht berücksichtigt wenn man sie der Mutter der GF aus irgend einem Grund „nicht zum Gsicht“ stehen.
Absolut keine Empfehlung als Arbeitsgeber!!
Don't work there, horrible bosses!!
The manager is only a means to an end, actually the mother has the say.
Personal sympathy is more important than qualifications and work experience, constant vacancies but competent applicants are not considered if they are "not in sight" of the mother of the GF for any reason.
Absolutely no recommendation as an employer!!
