Keine Aushändigung eines Dienstvertrages. Der Personalchef (Obmann) ist ein Techniker der keine pädagogische Ausbildung vorweisen kann. Nach Beendigung des Dienstverhältnisses keine Abmeldung von der Krankenkassa. Erst nach 3 Monaten erfolgte die Abmeldung. Ständiger Austausch der Pädagogen. Kein langlebiges Dienstverhältnis. Ich würde nie wieder mein Kind in so einen Hort geben. Kein vertrauenswürdiger Hort. Bis heute habe ich mein Geld nicht retour bekommen vom Hort. Alles funktioniert über Daueraufträge, so dass letztendlich keiner einen Überblick hat. Hin und wieder gibt es dann einen finanziellen Ausgleich und beim Bezahlungsverzug muss man sofort Mahnspesen bezahlen. Schade. Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr bemüht!
