w	wolfi e on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ habe nur zwei? monate über lkpm gearbeitet und kann nur wenig sagen ausser: es lief bei mir einiges schief, aber gesundheitlich und bei mir persönlich. die stellen waren bis auf eine beschreibbar als: interessant, aber harte arbeit. den umgang mit den mitarbeitern erlebte ich als ausgesprochen gut, bzw in grenzen des beruflichen fair und gut (zb durch den wirtschaftlichen aspekt). ich dachte mir damals: etwas sehr viel zettelwirtschaft - aber das ist heutzutage unvermeidbar und bei einem teils tageweisen stellenangebot vermutlich nicht anders möglich. und eines möchte ich schon ausdrücklich dazusagen: wer arbeiten will, bekommt bei lkpm zahlreiche angebote - dass die stellen dann teils viel fordern, man sich verletzt usw., muss ja nicht so sein.. das passierte halt mir und muss ich somit auch so sagen. wie gesagt: wenn man arbeit braucht und auch etwas anbieten kann als arbeitskraft, wenn man einsatz und flexibilität zeigt,... dann wird lkpm (sogar im eigeninteresse) stellen anbieten - und das ist sehr gut! only have two? months worked over lkpm and can say little except: things went wrong for me, but for my health and for me personally. except for one, the positions could be described as: interesting but hard work. I found the dealings with the employees to be exceptionally good, or within the limits of professional fairness and good (eg due to the economic aspect). I thought at the time: something very much paper management - but that is inevitable nowadays and probably not otherwise possible with a part-time job offer. and one thing I would like to expressly say: if you want to work, lkpm offers numerous offers - that the positions then sometimes demand a lot, you get injured, etc., doesn't have to be that way . as I said: if you need work and can also offer something as a worker, if you show commitment and flexibility, ... then lkpm (even in your own interest) will offer jobs - and that's very good!
B	Bislan Makayev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder, unhöflicher Personal, sehr agressiv. Statt helfen beim Arbeit suchen, schimpfen sie weil mann keine Arbeit hat. Never again, rude staff, very aggressive. Instead of looking for help at work, they scold because man has no job.
