★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abhollager liegt in einer Sackgasse mit grosser Zufahrt in Halle. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.
NACHTRAG: Eine Bitte in die Chefetage: Im Sommer ist es im kleinen, fensterlosen Büro ihrer Mitarbeiter sehr warm und stickig, besonders wenn man in Coronazeiten (und auch davor) MSN Masken tragen muss, da wäre es doch eine freundliche Geste diesen sehr engagierten Mitarbeitern einen Tischventilator aus ihrem grossen Sortiment zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dies wäre menschlich gesehen ein grosser Pluspunkt für LEINER <3
... und der nächste Sommer kommt bestimmt wahrscheinlich auch noch mit MSN.
The collection warehouse is in a dead end with a large driveway in Halle. Very friendly and helpful staff.
ADDENDUM: A request to the executive floor: In summer it is very warm and stuffy in the small, windowless office of your employees, especially if you have to wear MSN masks in Corona times (and before), it would be a friendly gesture for these very committed employees to provide a table fan from their large range. From a human point of view, this would be a big plus for LEINER <3
... and next summer will probably also come with MSN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut erreichbar mit dem Auto, die Mitarbeiter helfen bei Nachfrage auch beim Einladen. Hab einen kaputten Stuhl ausgepackt und konnte noch am selben Tag umtauschen, problemlos!
Easily accessible by car, the staff also help with the invitation when invited. Have a broken chair unpacked and could exchange the same day, no problem!

Der Mitarbeiter im Lager war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, großes Lob an ihn!
Einen Stern muss ich leider abziehen, das das Produkt online bestellt wurde und in die Lieferbestätigungsmail die Filiale in Wien 14 als abholort angegeben wurde. Es war zwar kein Beinbruch, aber trotzdem ein ganz klein wenig ärgerlich.

The staff in the camp was very friendly and helpful, kudos to him!
Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star, the product was ordered online and the branch in Vienna 14 was specified as the pick-up location in the delivery confirmation mail. It was not a broken leg, but still a little annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ leider ist ein sehr umfreundlicher Mitarbeiter im Ahnhollager in der Seeböckgasse. Während ein Mitarbeiter über 30 Minuten unsere Arbeitsflächen gesucht hat und wir bei 5 Grad aussentemperatur gewartet haben redete er mit einem anderen Kunden auf einer anderen Sprache über uns (es wurde deutlich auf unser Auto gezeigt), nachdem der andere Miarbeiter die Arbeitsfläche nach 15min noch nicht gefunden hatte, bat er uns ausnahmweiße wegen der Kälte ins Lager und meinte wir sollen uns drinnen hinsetzen, es gibt eine Sitzmöglichkeit. Bis dahin kamen wir nur leider nicht, weil der besagte mitarbeiter welcher zuvor mit einem anderen Kunden auf unser Auto gedeutet hat, uns sehr unfreundlich hinausgeschmissen hat. Auf das Kommentar sein Kollege meine wir sollen hineinkommen, weil es dauert noch länger, meinte er nur das sei ihm egal herinnen nicht. Eine andere Frau mit der er sich auch, anscheindendauf seiner Muttersprache unterhielt durfte natürlich im Lager warten, sowie der andere Kunde natürlich auch. So geht man einfach nicht mit Kunden um! Das nächste mal wird sicher nichts mehr beim Leiner bestellt sondern in einem anderen Möbelhaus, wenn man zuerst nicht wenig Geld bezahlt und wenn man es dann abholt so behandelt wird.
Unfortunately, there is a very friendly employee in the Ahnhollager in Seeböckgasse. While an employee was looking for our work surfaces for over 30 minutes and we waited at 5 degrees outside temperature, he talked to another customer about us in a different language (it was clearly pointed to our car), after the other employee had not left the work surface after 15 minutes found, he asked us to go into the camp because of the cold, and said we should sit inside, there is a seat. Unfortunately, we didn't get to that point because the said employee, who had previously pointed to our car with another customer, threw us out very unfriendly. On the comment his colleague said we should come in, because it will take even longer, he just said he didn't care. Another woman he was talking to, apparently in his mother tongue, was of course allowed to wait in the warehouse, as was the other customer, of course. That's just not how you treat customers! The next time you will certainly not order anything from the Leiner, but from another furniture store, if you don't pay a little money at first and then get treated that way when you pick it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier kann man bestens mit dem Auto zu fahren. Ohne viel Wartezeit bekommt man die im Geschäft bezahlte Ware ausgehändigt. Es wäre wünschenswert, dass beim Verladen der schweren Stücke geholfen wird, doch das scheint von der Geschäftsleitung nicht gewünscht zu sein.
Here you can best go by car. The goods paid for in the shop are handed over to you without much waiting time. It would be desirable to have help with loading the heavy items, but this does not seem to be desired by the management.

Failure. I brought the goods from the Shopping Center and it turns out that the warehouse workers are not here for unloading, but you have to do it yourself?
After three hours, they had no way out and unloaded;)
