J	Julia H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von größeren Anschaffungen würde ich hier dringend abraten. Geht nach nicht mal einem Jahr etwas kaputt intressiert sich niemanden mehr hierfür. Keiner fühlt sich zuständig man wird hin und her geschoben. Reklamationsbearbeitung / Kundenservice absolut schwach. Seit 31.8 warten wir auf die Reperatur unserer Couch. Update: nach 3 Monaten Wartezeit (Reklamation kam von uns Anfang August) kommt nun voraussichtlich jemand mitte November zur Reparatur der Couch. Zuerst war Oktober geplant, extra Urlaub genommen und dann kam der anruf es kommt doch niemand erst im November. Absolute Katastrophe. I would strongly advise against making larger purchases. If something breaks after less than a year, nobody is interested anymore. Nobody feels responsible, they are pushed back and forth. Complaint handling / customer service absolutely weak. We have been waiting for our couch to be repaired since August 31st. Update: after 3 months of waiting (we made a complaint at the beginning of August), someone will probably come to repair the couch in mid-November. First October was planned, an extra vacation was taken and then the call came - nobody will come until November. Absolute disaster.

And I must not forget that always very thoroughly .. clean and beautifully decorated ... Quite nice staff

Habe dort nach einem ganz bestimmten 3-fach-Aufhaengehaken für das Badezimmer gesucht und bei Leiner ein sehr hochwertiges Sortiment eines schwedischen Hoflieferant en gefunden, darunter auch genau das von mir gesuchte Teil. War aus hartverchromtem Messing, mit 10 Jahren Hersteller Garantie! und auch sehr gut zu montieren, wie ich zu Hause feststellen konnte, nachdem eine Dame in der Badabteilung meine Fragen zur Montage äußerst kompetent beantwortet hatte. Insgesamt kein Billigteil, aber doch preiswert. Daher 5 Sterne von mir. Yes, good company. I was looking for a very specific triple hanging hook for the bathroom and found a very high-quality range of a Swedish purveyor to the court at Leiner, including exactly the part I was looking for. Made of hard chrome-plated brass, with a 10-year manufacturer guarantee! and also very easy to assemble, as I was able to find at home after a lady in the bathroom department answered my questions about assembly extremely competently. Overall not a cheap part, but inexpensive. Hence 5 stars from me.
