Auch wenn man schon Pole Erfahrung hat, kommt man durch ein individuelles Kursprogramm 100 Prozent auf seine Kosten. Außerdem ist die Kombination Stretching und Pole, gut für den Körper und die eigene Körperwahrnehmung. Nur weiter zu empfehlen ? Great new studio in Ischl, due to the diverse offer, an enrichment for everyone. Even if you already have pole experience, you get your money's worth with an individual course program. Einfach toll, eine sehr empfehlenswerte Methode seinem Leben neuen Schwung zu geben!!! Neben dem breiten Kursprogramm kann man online über Eversports jederzeit seine gebuchten Termine einsehen und verwalten. Carmen leitet das Studio mit jeder Menge Motivation und Kompetenz und bringt einen durch ihre offene und aufgeweckte Art dazu, wenn nötig über den eigenen Schatten zu springen. Davon kann man sich auch auf dem Leichtflug-Instagram-Account überzeugen. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Super clean, new studio with enough parking space. In addition to the broad course program, you can view and manage your booked appointments online at any time via Eversports. Carmen runs the studio with a lot of motivation and competence and, with her open and bright manner, makes you jump over your own shadow if necessary. Und nebenbei rennt da schmäh... Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, die Spaß an effektivem Training haben möchten und das nur mit Hilfe einer Stange ? Ich freue mich auf viele weitere Stunden im Studio und auf den Tag, wo ich lachend sagen werde "...und am anfang kam ich nicht mal die Stange rauf" Carmen, Danke ❤ Great atmosphere - mega trainer Carmen shows you the 'figures' with ease and has managed to motivate me so that I want to go exactly THERE !! Sie geht auf jeden Einzellnen ein und gibt sich super viel Mühe, dass für jeden was dabei ist. Ob im Studio, oder beim live Unterricht, sie macht das ganz toll!!! We recommend!!! Beautiful studio, very competent and lovable trainer! She deals with each individual and goes to great lengths to ensure that there is something for everyone. Whether in the studio or during live lessons, she does it really well!

Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und wird sofort aufgenommen egal ob Anfänger oder geübte :-) Vielen lieben Dank I can only recommend this studio :-) I am the mother of 2 children and I have finally found a sport that I really enjoy!
