Urlaubsfeeling beim Trainieren und anschließendes Auftanken am Pelvi und Entspannen auf der Magnetfeldliege. Einfach traumhaft. Wenn ich vorher gewusst hätte, wie einfach, effizient und vor allem wirksam, man mit dem Pelvi den Beckenboden nach der Geburt wieder trainieren kann, hätte ich schon früher damit begonnen. Das ist Lebensqualität ? Danke ????❤️? My wellness oasis ? Competent, cordial trainers and physiotherapists. Simple, efficient training circuit with a fantastic view on the Traunsee ... Holiday feeling while training and then refueling on the Pelvi and relaxing on the magnetic field lounger. Simply fantastic. If I had known beforehand how easy, efficient and above all effective it is to train the pelvic floor with the Pelvi after giving birth, I would have started earlier. That is quality of life ?
