The accommodation is very clean. Nice spacious apartment. There are plenty of attractions in the area!

â â â â â Wir durften fĂŒr eine Woche eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit ganz groĂartigen Gastgebern genieĂen.
Mit sieben Personen haben wir in drei Zimmern die mittlere Etage bewohnt: ein vollstĂ€ndiges Appartement mit KĂŒche, Ess-, Wohnbereich, Bad und Schlafzimmer sowie zwei Doppelzimmer in HotelqualitĂ€t mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Alle Zimmer haben Zugang zu einem groĂen, das Haus halb umlaufenden Balkon, auf dem man gemĂŒtlich sitzen und die Aussicht auf die Berge genieĂen kann.
Besonderes Highlight ist der Milchautomat vor dem Haus, an dem man fĂŒr einen schmalen Taler frische Milch aus eigener Produktion zapfen kann.
FĂŒr alle, die zum Wandern oder Klettern das Ătztal besuchen, ist der Lehnhof zudem perfekt gelegen. Einstiege in einige sehr schöne Wanderrouten, Eisenwege und KlettergĂ€rten sind fuĂlĂ€ufig zu erreichen.
We were allowed to enjoy a wonderful accommodation with great hosts for a week.
We lived with seven people in three rooms on the middle floor: a complete apartment with kitchen, dining, living area, bathroom and bedroom as well as two double rooms in hotel quality, each with its own bathroom. All rooms have access to a large balcony that runs around the house, where you can sit comfortably and enjoy the view of the mountains.
A special highlight is the milk machine in front of the house, where you can tap fresh milk from your own production for a small coin.
The Lehnhof is also perfectly located for everyone who visits the Ătztal for hiking or climbing. Entrances to some very beautiful hiking routes, iron paths and climbing gardens are within walking distance.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, Klettern, Kettersteig, Wandern und Schwimmen in unmittelbarer Entfernung (fuĂlĂ€ufig). Modern eingerichtet (Modernisierung in 2015), KĂŒche hervorragend ausgestattet, jedes Zimmer mit eigenem neuen Bad.
Beautiful apartment, very clean rooms, bread service, fresh milk directly from the farm. Very friendly landlord, climbing, Kettersteig, hiking and swimming in the immediate vicinity (walking distance). Modern furnishings (modernization in 2015), excellent equipped kitchen, each room with its own new bathroom.

â â â â â Sehr schöner Hof mit tollen Zimmern. Die Vermieter sind wirklich nett und freundlich. Optimal fĂŒr den Skiurlaub, nur wenige Minuten mit dem Skibus und man ist an der Piste. Vor Ort gibt es eine gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, einen Kuhstall, den man auch besuchen darf, und einen Milch-Automaten an dem die Milch sehr lecker schmeckt. AuĂerdem eine wunderschöne Landschaft zu betrachten.
Very nice courtyard with great rooms. The owners are really nice and friendly. Ideal for a skiing holiday, just a few minutes by ski bus and you are on the slopes. There is a well-equipped kitchen on site, a cowshed that you can also visit, and a milk vending machine where the milk tastes delicious. Also to look at a beautiful landscape.
